Had three cameras installed just before Christmas. I must say the service we received was second to none. Kevin came out prior to installation to give us a quote and talk us through our requirements and the best options available. No hard sell and no obligation. Day of installation Kevin arrived on time and worked all day into early evening. We were all set up and online before he left. Fast forward a few weeks and through my own error wiped the cameras off the app phoned Kevin up who came out a few days later and got us back up and running. Other than that had no problems at all and really happy with the service and the equipment we received. We have also recommended these to others. Thankyou Sue and Kevin.

Be very wary of the equipment this Company supplies. We have had a three camera installation, and have been told of the rich functionality of the facilities available. That may be possible, but the equipment is supplied without any technical specification, or User manuals. It has a BODYGUARD badge on the DVR, which is the only identifier available. I have scoured the internet and am unable to
locate anything about this kit. I suspect it is made by someone else, but is deliberately masked to deter anyone from getting at the information.
Clearly, without proper User instructions, the equipment is almost unusable, and is clearly UNFIT FOR PURPOSE. I have spoken with many neighbours and friends with CCTV systems, and, without exception, their systems all came with detailed instructions which enabled them to configure their set up to their personal requirements.
I am now on the verge of ripping out the equipment and replacing it with more credible equipment
with instructions.
