Absolutely love the portrait. Checked in before completion about the marking and then had it shipped off and it was delivered before Christmas! Getting ready to order one of my second horse!

Received a cartoonish portrait that doesn’t look like my horse. They never sent a proof to see if we liked the kitschy forelock (he’s a grey), which is insane considering they make you submit several photos. We have another portrait that is completely different and doesn’t have a forelock at all. We ordered that one before they became “mainstream”, so perhaps their customer service was better then. Nonetheless, we will never recommend this “artist” to anyone in our barn. There are other options if you’re looking for portraits to hang in your stable. I could probably do a better job using Adobe Illustrator. At a minimum the markings, i.e., snip, blaze, star, should be correct. I understand mistakes happen so I reached out; however, they refused to make things right.

Such an amazing way to have your special horse truly captured and it looks absolutely amazing with any aesthetic. I had mine made to memorialize my heart horse and I cried for a day after I opened it. It’s perfect.
