I would stay away from these people, I have never had contact with these people yet they send me emails advertising thier product

The process was smooth and the value assessed realistically taking account of work in hand. This is the second time I have used My Equity Release and I would thoroughly recommend their service.

The staff of My Equity Release Expert were first class and responsive. Unfortunately, within your literature you promote the Solicitors Gilroy Steel and, on your recommendation, I used them. They are the opposite i.e., third class at best and particularly nonresponsive. If I were you, I would not associate your company with theirs!

My dealings with My Equity Release Expert were very good. The people I spoke to were both knowledgeable and professional.

From my first contact with Paul Goulden financial adviser to completion by Equilaw.uk Solicitors everything went smoothly and quickly. I was kept informed of the progress from beginning to end. Equilaw.uk was the perfect choice of solicitors to handle my case. My wife and I are very happy we decided on an Equity release and the financial adviser and solicitors who dealt with our request could not have been bettered.

Cannot fault service. Kept me updated constantly. Everything explained clearly & in detail and I felt that my excellent advisor really had my back.
I also used same for my pension and this service was equally faultless.

In the main we had very good experience when using My Equity Release to obtain a lifetime mortgage using the equity in our home.

My only negative comment would be that the mortgage provider had on a couple of occasions asked My Equity Release to furnish them with additional information about our application, and looking back at the communications between then, it was only after we chased them up in some cases over a week after they had the queries from the provider did they mention that further information was requested. Had we been contacted sooner we could have easily provided answers and this would have reduced the length of time until completion took place, but once we had given them the information, the rest of the process went through smoothly.

Pretty smooth experience really.
As usual things never go as quick as you hope but in the end we were happy with the result and had a satisfactory conclusion.

They were able to find an equity release mortgage for our flat where others had failed. Although the process was lengthier than expected, they kept me informed promptly at each stage and worked through any problems pleasantly and efficiently.

Generally a first class service. Some of the information & requirements were slightly confusing but overall the telephone support resolved issues quickly & effectively.

This was not a straight forward equity release, as a number of issues arose with the small print details of the property.
