I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My order was placed on 7-8-26, a backordered item that was ultimately never fulfilled. What makes this even more frustrating is that the exact item was available for purchase on the website just weeks later, yet my original order was never processed or prioritized. Now the item is backordered again, leaving me with nothing after waiting for so long.

It makes no sense that new orders could apparently be accepted while existing backorders remained unfulfilled. This reflects poor inventory management and disappointing customer service. I expected the company to honor outstanding orders before selling available stock to new customers. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in ordering from this company again.

I wanted an APPLIQUE house flag for Spring. I have been a seamstress for 62 years. I have had a hard time finding applique flags, which are the only kind I use. I don't like the screen print flags. Evergreen had 2 that they claimed were applique. Those 2 didn't look appliqued to me so I enlarged the picture as big as I could. It still looked screen printed to me. I did see some stitching around the 2 birds on the flag, but that's it. I called and asked if these 2 flags were really applique, because it's so hard to tell on the computer, but they don't look like it to me. She put me on hold and went to ask a product manager. She came back and said that YES, it is appliqued. I told her that I don't really think that it is, but I'll go ahead and order it IF when I get it and it's NOT appliqued, then I can return it and get a FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING BOTH WAYS. When I got the flag, it was exactly as I suspected. It was 98% screen print and 2% appliqued. Only the 2 birds are appliqued. I called back to let them know that these flags ARE NOT APPLIQUED and that I wanted their website to reflect this. The lady I spoke with YELLED AT ME INSISTING IT ABSOLUTELY IS APPLIQUED. I yelled back at her, letting her know that I have been a seamstress for 62 years and I have it in my hand. She doesn't have it in her hands. How does she know? I told her It's not applique and should not be sold as applique. SHE YELLED AT ME OVER AND OVER TELLING ME THAT INDEED IT IS APPLIQUE. OMG. I did eventually get my money back.
