I made an appointment when I got there…

I made an appointment when I got there there was only one person working,a man . Which may sound silly but I have PTSD and he had no other female there which made me uncomfortable.but I did the exam anyway . It was very uncomfortable. But then he told me the camera were down and I had to come back. It was unprofessional and I won't go back.there should be a woman there when you exam ladies.

Stay away from the eye doctor in a box

Scratch that he's not even an eye doctor. No one in the building is an eye doctor it's people like you and me working in a place that sells contacts and eyeglasses but no knowledge of actual eye issues so needless to say my exam from this place did not go well. To skip along the worst thing that they did wrong well two things one was to tell me my insurance was going to cover the cost of the exam that day and it did not and they waited till way in the very end to tell me so the old trick and 2 conducting my exam without any knowledge of how to do eye exams they forgot to tell me to take off my contacts I had on. So it appeared that I had X-ray vision according to the person that conducted the test on the TV screen . So then the person in the store proceeded to look for sample contacts rather than say hey this doesn't look right and concluded by her telling me she would have to order my samples.I will just end the experience there and there's so much more to tell. I had to take the whole eye exam again. Now extra late to work. And not apology. Do not go here.

No the place to get your prescription!

Please citizens, DO NOT get your services at eyelab even if the price looks good. They rush on the exam and get your prescription wrong. You will end up paying a lump sum for bad eye prescription and generic frames. You're better off at with real experts than know how to get it done. Do not waste your time and money. They won't rectify their mistakes.

I came in to Myeyelab on 2/3/23 with my own frames and was told there will not be a problem to get them done. I was also told that my glasses would be back in 2 weeks, well 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks then 4 weeks. And not 1 person in the store could tell me what was going on with my glasses. Whenever I would call the automated system to get an update it would feed me the same crap every time. At that point it was way over a month and I was so frustrated and disappointed with MyEyelab services, so I called to cancel and asked for a refund because I refused to keep paying for something that’s not in my possession. And one of the attendants I spoke with told me that she told her supervisor about my issue and it would be cancelled and my refund would be refunded. Well 3 weeks later today 4/19/23 I found out from the company that was supposed to refund my money didn’t get a request from the supervisor at MyEyelab, another big disappointment. I will never ever use their services or recommend any one 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I went into purchase glasses in the end…

I went into purchase glasses in the end of February at Eyelab specials they had going two glasses for $69. They do not have real doctors in there they do it via video. Like we were waiting to get my prescription we went around for about an hour and a half looking at all the different frames and my husband and I picked up one that we loved. Finally they came back and said we cannot give your prescription you have to go elsewhere. We went to America's Best and got my prescription and looked at their frames and did not like any of them as much as I'd like to won at Eyelab. So I paid them $199 and waited for the call to say they were back in. When I got home when I lay down in my recliner I could not see out the glasses nor can I see how the glasses if I laid my head in the bedroom for one side to another you had to see straightforward or they would not work. We went back in and explain this to them and they said oh you have to have a different lens. I was told that for an extra $40.00 I got a pair of sunglasses so I picked the frame out for my glasses. I paid $175 for both and waited for them to come in. I kept calling saying where's my glasses where's my glasses. We finally went in today on April 17th and they look good in the frames. But when I got home and laid down. But when I got home and laid back in my recliner they were still fuzzy and I'm laying here in bed and tilt my head one way or the other they are so fuzzy. I can't go back in because there's nothing I can do for me they don't have glasses. I'm so disappointed it would not recommend it anybody using this store

1 Month today and still no glasses

1 Month today and still no glasses. I don't have a problem giving them time to make my glasses but there is a limit. Everything went fine in the store and the exam but again 1 month without glasses is unacceptable. When I do get my glasses that will be the last time I ever enter one of their stores.

Purchased new glasses in Oct 22

Purchased new glasses in Oct 22, by Feb 23 I had 3 eye exams with 3 different providers, 3 very different prescriptions and none worked. I have a stigmatism and come to find out it wasn’t even recognized. Feb 25,23 I returned the glasses and requested a refund for what I paid and my benefits be restored so I could purchase glasses somewhere else. Today is April 14, 23 and money has still never t been returned. Horrible customer service at the store and at call center. All you get is a run around. Horrible experience and still no new glassed. Run don’t walk away, run!

I dropped my glasses off on March 29th…

I dropped my glasses off on March 29th for the frames to be replaced.
Now my glasses are lost saying that they were picked up same day....they are gone and I didn't get them. So I have spent a week getting shuffled around with call centers and no one to help me since I cannot find your corporate office I'll just start blasting reviews

I had the weirdest and worst experience…

I had the weirdest and worst experience I have ever had at a business. First, I didn't know it was virtual, but whatever. One of the machines was not functioning properly. Two techs referenced that they sometimes have trouble with that machine. Eventually they carried on with the other machines and then one of the techs went into an exam room to speak to a virtual doctor who told him the exam couldn't be executed without the results from that machine. I was there for 1.5 hours, requested a refund, was told that they don't give refunds but I could reschedule. I was traveling, not close to home and would not return to that location. They still refused a refund. There were toenail clippings on the waiting room floor. And hard rock playing loudly the entire time I was there. While I was trying to insist on a refund "Highway to Hell" came on ironically. I had to leave without an exam and without a refund.

Poor customer service

Went in to pick up my glasses and approached the worker at the counter on the right. She was African American, skinny, with long hair and long eye lashes. I told her I was there to pick up glasses and she replied to not talk to her because she is on lunch and then ignored me instead of instruct me on who to see or where to go. I was then taken care of by another associate. This female continued to sit at the counter ignoring everyone in the room. This is by far the most rude experience I have ever had anywhere. If you are on lunch why are you sitting up front where customers are going to approach you and why are you on lunch in the front of the store where everyone can see you. I am not sure if I will go back to this store for my annual exam after encountering such poor customer service.

While on the highway and knowing we were about to be passing through Bowling Green, KY, I reached out to Eye Lab. They helped me out with some trial contacts after verifying my current prescription! I will now be able to see during vacation!! Thank you so much!

Ordered online they charged me 300…

Ordered online they charged me 300 dollars and then said my order number didn't exist never received the product I had to go to my bank and file fraud still trying to get my money back. DO NOT order from this company. These people are thieves and will charge you fraudulent. If you order online they WILL NOT refund you!!! Lost 300 dollars and still need contacts! Biggest scam website! Horrible customer service!

On 2-24 23 I visited MyEyelab for the first time .I had an appointment but was told by Evelyn Wyatt told me that they were behind schedule and I would be seen as soon as possible. As I am on time I expect them to be on time . However I decided to wait I looked around at the surroundings the place was small but very neat. I listened to both Evelyn and Tabby interacted with customers they were very apologetic and helpful .When my turn came I was again thanked for being so patient. These ladies are a great asset to this company .

I went to the eye lab off N Collins in…

I went to the eye lab off N Collins in champions park and Priscilla helped me and fixed my glasses that I sat on. It was 10 mins til closing and she greeted me with a smile and went to work on my glasses. Very helpful and professional.

I’m so mad I would say 0

I’m so mad I would say 0. They are quick to say we can do nothing for you! My glasses are off I can’t see to drive at night! The glare is horrible blurred vision can’t read street signs at all good thing I know where I’m at because of my job I was 7 days over their return policy of 30 days. I have a legit complaint. I was very nice about it. I tried to get used to them thinking it was just me…now I’m 1000$ in the hole!

I bought half rimmed and no rimmed

I bought half rimmed and no rimmed, and both pair fractured due to flawed manufacturing. I may have worn each pair 30 times before the cracks appeared. I've worn glasses 50 years, and I know how to respect them, this place said it was my fault. I have never ever, in 50 years, had any other pairs do this. Never again.

Never again…

There are places that can make glasses in 1 hour but this place can’t get a pair of glasses made in 2 weeks…now they have to be shipped to me so what happens if they need adjusting?

Also, the sample pair of contacts they sent home with me were the wrong brand and the wrong diameter measurement…
