I have ordered a Christmas present but not shown up!
I have ordered a Christmas present in early December and have heard nothing about my order delivery. The first print I was asked to approve wasn’t even the photo I sent and a random person. Since approving the correct photo, I have heard nothing and the tracker shows that is hasn’t even been dispatched. I have tried to contact them but no response at all

They take your money and the disappear
Paid for tracked Royal Mail deliver (outside of strike dates) taking 1-2 days according to their website. I ordered 11 days ago and haven’t even received shipping notification or update yet. Have emailed twice and been completely ignored. Don’t imagine they’ll answer requests for a refund either so I’ll be raising a chargeback request with my credit card issuer instead.
