Beautiful dress , my little girl had many comments , although she found it very itchy wearing it , shame because it looked lovely but could been softer on inside for little ones!.

Did not receive full order
We ordered two light up fairy wings to be shipped to the United States and only one pair got sent. I have sent multiple chase emails for this to be looked into, all we simply wanted is for the second pair to be sent, seeing as that’s what we paid for. The customer service is absolutely shocking, I got one response saying they’ll look into it and nothing further, it’s now been 4 weeks and have had no help after sending multiple chase emails asking for an update. I would not recommend ordering from this website for the pure fact you’ll probably get ripped off.

No tracking information
No tracking information, and still no package. They say i need to look at my junkmail, but i just dont have received the email with my tracking information. Other emails from myfancydressbox.com i do received. I have orderd at 27/11/2023
Its 29/12/2023 now and i still havent received my package. They dont answer me anymore now, and i havent got any refund. So i think its a fake website, a scamm.
