You are dependable, courteous and very helpful.
Ryan helped me with my original question which was very important that I had contacted him about it because it was a scam. Because I had not had my computer "cleaned" Ryan suggested he do that for me and explained the reasons he made changes. He reassured me that I could call whenever I had a question. That makes me feel safe and cared for.

Had a problem with computor not accepting password. They found problem and solved it.
I was talked too in the type of language that I could understand and pointed out what had caused the problem. The problem was of such that the computer needed to be cleaned up and the offer for your technician to do the job was given. I felt that I could trust the work done by them and was pleased the way they worked with me to do so. They also went through all of the work that they completed and explained why which gave me assurance that I was well taken care of. Thank You Nathan
