Verification Issues
I created my account today and did the verification but so far it has not yet been approved and whenever I want to complete the KYC filling out the error I contacted support and so far no response, if my case is resolved I will give another opinion. I'm currently going through a situation that support could resolve, but unfortunately, as I said, they don't answer me, today is 11/4/2024, if you have a solution, I'll give you another opinion.

What a shi t service the Belgian government is providing. If you make people do all their taxes online, then make sure that is works smooth! What a waste of my time. The server this tool is running on is very slow and it crashes 50% of the time. Uploading documents? I wish it were even possible.

Hello, I created my account a few weeks ago, I made a transfer of €300 from one of my accounts then I received a transfer of €1500 and €2000 from two friends. Then I tried to make a bank transfer of €999, but just after that the transfer was not taken into account and I could no longer access my account, I got an email from customer service telling me that my account is in temporary verification. I sent all the documents that the bank asked me but after its radio silence I received no concrete response from the bank even though I urgently need the funds available in my account to settle very urgent personal needs, thank you to take my request into account and also remove the restriction on my account, thank you.

A scamming bank which will take your money and never return it. One of the user of this bank scammed my money through this bank and i tried to contact them to block the transfer. However, I wrote to them and they said nothing can be done. They also refused the chargeback claim from my bank. Don't ever deal with this bank, awful!

So far it's good, the app does everything it says, and the verification was seamless.
I just hope support for physical cards will expand to more countries, and the app's features get some round of fixes, for example trying to export the list of operations results in an error in Android.

I used the service for month and half. and topping up and using the virtual card on websites and everything was fine till 15th of Sept where their maintenance messed up everything and now I'm locked out of my account that has over 300 euros in balance and support do not reply and their phone number auto close the call
PS: I will update my review if everything fixed and got back as used to be.
UPDATE/18th Sept: The support finally replied to me and I was able to restore my account and funds within. so I will give it 4 stars now (due to little bit slowness of support reply)
