Ordered the product from another company and it arrived damaged. Found the same item on your website and it arrived in great condition. There was a slight delay ( due to courier not yourself) but you resolved this immediately. Very happy and would order from you again.

Cot we ordered was delayed but kept us up to date with regular emails and offered alternative.

Good communication with My First Nursery, competitive pricing.
Order has arrived and is missing a screw which has been difficult to buy another as it’s not UK made.

Everything was great apart from delivery took a day of work and was given a time of between 10-12 got a call at 4 to say it was not coming .

Really great products at exceptional prices. Delivery was delayed slightly due to the manufacturer but I was kept up to date by My First Nursery at all stages and the customer service was second to none.

Item was basically nowhere else in the UK so was skeptical, but it arrived on time.

After an initial delay in delivery of this item the product arrived. It was easy to assemble and looks good. My wife is very happy with the chair, as it was a present for her birthday coinciding with the arrival of our first grandchild. Thank you My First Nursery.

Absolutely recommend this website. I bought a cot bed which arrived to Northern Ireland within 2 working days! Free delivery too might I add! The customer service was fantastic as the original cot bed I was looking at does not ship to N.I, My First Nursery were able to show me alternatives AND even discount it further so I didn't have to pay much extra.
