I recently received a gift which was from my first record and I absolutely loved it! Sometimes I struggle with getting people gifts as they've already got it or you are wanting to buy something different rather than the generic gifts you get each year. Well this present is perfect, it is unique and individually tailored to that person which makes them feel special and that is what I love about it. You can tell a lot of time and care has gone into making this product and I will definitely be buying them as gifts for my family & friends in the future!

Having found My First Record from an online search, I have been very impressed with the service Simon is offering. He was very patient with my queries and always responded promptly and helpfully. The record I needed for my son's 50th Birthday was not that common place but Simon went the extra mile to track it down . He kept me constantly updated with the progress of the order and despite the best efforts of the Royal Mail to slow down the process, Simon coped with all this and I have the presentation disc and sleeve in frame and with my personal message in it, safely stored for son's birthday at end of the month.
It came by special next day delivery and was very carefully packaged.
I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone for the very personal service it provides . I did not feel like an order number! A welcome change from today's online services.

Simon made a fantastic 18th birthday gift for our son. He framed a copy of Dire Straits "Walk of Life," as it us one of ours son's favourite songs. The myfirstrecord website was easy to use and Simon kept us well informed of the progress of our order. When we gave it to our son on his birthday he was really pleased with his gift. I want to say an ENORMOUS thank you to Simon at MyFirstRecord for going ABOVE & BEYOND for me with my order. You can tell Simon is passionate about his products and providing us customers with incredible customer service.

My order was for my Dad's 60th Birthday and I'd had difficulty with the payment and my Paypal account, but Simon personally rang me and pre-ordered the parts for my gift as a gesture of good will - you don't get that with most sellers on ETSY.

What I like best about the product is that Simon uses the original record, rather than just using a sticker over any old vinyl - which really makes the perfect gift.

The product was packed excellently and arrived in perfect condition on time for my Dad's birthday - just like Simon promised.
