John J is unserious

John J is unserious. This store is run by a designer and it shows. Customer Service is nonexistent. It takes, at minimum, 10 days before hearing back and that's if you're persistent.

Prices are often fluctuating without reason or cause. It's not just sales either. One day a hat is $60, one day it is $55, one day it is $65. There's no rhyme, reason, or announcement. They stopped doing business with USPS, making shipping costs higher as well. Friends who lost orders from MyFitteds never got refunds.

John J and his staff are routinely rude to customers. Especially on social media. People will ask very basic questions and be spoken to with contempt. Of course, social media is a haven and online shoppers are going to be difficult about in-store exclusives, but he's really just rude with anyone who doesn't love everything he does.

Sadly though, his hats are great. The designs are among the best in the fitted hat game. John J is creative beyond any doubt. But, giving him money isn't something I often feel good about. He'd benefit from a business partner who could even slightly advise him on customer service. People seem to be buying his hats anyways, which surely prompts him to do nothing. But, I think eventually as more stores enter and great designs become more widespread that this store will eventually face issues if they treat their avid buyers with such contempt.

Never got my hat

Never got my hat. I have boughten before from them so this is a surprise to me. I tried contacting via email and Instagram and was completely ignored. I wont be buying again, and i'l make sure all my friends wont as well. Thanks for the bad experience!

Love the Hats! Restock tho

I love the variety and the color choices the company makes. The fitteds are what drew me to the shop, however i simply can never get my hands on one. If the inventory were to increase around the 7 3/8 size that would be cool!

Blemish on hat. Bummer!

Hat I ordered has a blemish/visible issue I can’t fix myself. Really disappointed as I was charged $60 for a blem.

Shipping speed was awesome. Hat designs are amazing. Really disheartened this happened.

Plz don’t waste your money on this crap.

I too had my order cancelled several days later for being “fraudulent”. I’m still waiting on a refund from these clowns.

I wouldn’t even know HOW to purchase something fraudulently, and they gave basically no explanation. So today, I’ve gone out of my way and made an account here just to comment on how trash this company is. They run horrible customer service with rude representatives and I would suggest never buying anything from them ever. If I could give them 0 stars, I wouldn’t even be that nice.
