Beware scammers What a joke booked flights with Amir over the phone got email confirmation was suppose to fly with emirates rang me back 3 hours later saying flight booked no spaces bullshit tried to get a refund saying can’t as already booked made a few 100 excuses after all the lies I just gave in rebooked me with Saudi airline which where a lot cheaper with less luggage allowance for the same price to no apology or money back I would not recommend anyone to use this company they bait you in them really mess you around

The worst travel agency liers do t ever book you will regret my original booking was emiret flight 20 th October I was told to pay on day before 12 so it’s reserved the deal I get a call 5 days later sorry we can’t book as prices changed even though I paid on the day he was demanding more money then he changed my flights and dates around he gave us the worst flight Discusting service it doesn’t end there we arrive on airport baggage is missing and taxi driver hasn’t arrived had to call around to arrange bare in mind our first stay was only 2 hours this new package is 4 hours then worst bit we are at airport will arrive to hotel in a hour now which will be 6am and our rooms he reserved for 4 pm they lied to us you can check in by 12am I have every proof of what I just wrote so if you don’t want to be in tears travelling you won’t want to even consider these people so we are 9hours without a hotel and we can’t check in before that

I booked on the 25th of April, 2023 for 2 flights to Tulsa from Gainesville, FL. Prepayment was required. When we showed up for our flight on June 6, 2023 Delta informed us that we never had tickets. After calling the company and getting no answer except for the one time I was put on hold for 10 minutes, I filed some complaints. On Tuesday, the 13th of June, a man called and requested that I remove the complaints. I told him, “not until I received my $.” He told me I would have it on the 16th. Today is the 16th and “surprise!”, no $.

Bait and switch. Don't purchase your tickets from them. They will accept your order and them contact you to raise the price. They are frauds. Had to cancel my hotel reservations and car rental because of these morons Why sell me a ticket if they do not exist.

SCAM. Unauthorised charges on my credit card. Strange emails with no reply. This booking created hassle and stress.

I booked a Basic Economy flight through this site for Delta. After not getting a confirmation for over 24 hours, I called. The customer service rep told me they do not book the Basic Economy, even though that was the selection on their site. He offered to change it to a Main cabin booking for over double the price per person. NOT a reputable site!

As everyone else has mentioned, it's a bait and switch. Fortunately, I read the reviews before doing anything so when I got the incredible price on this site I started a chat session with one of their agents, asking if the price I'm looking at is 100% guaranteed. After checking, I was told they no longer had the tickets available and that the site has to be "manually" updated. Interesting that the website specifically stated "5 tickets left at this price," and no where does it state that the prices are not guaranteed. The company that runs this site also runs other sites that operate the same way. STAY AWAY!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed to extend my stay in Jackson Wy. I called to in the required time to change my flights. I was told to make the flight to Jackson and then change the return flight once there because it would be easier than changing both flights. Once in Jackson they said they could not change the return flight. I will use a more reputable company in the future.

Perry Owens was amazing. He was polite, thorough, efficient and got us a great deal on tickets only 2 weeks in advance! Tickets that were about $1500 more per person on Delta's site. He also found us the shortest route possible which is critical. I will definitely use myflightmart.com for future flights!

Rick was an amazing representative. He went above and beyond his obligations to help me with my reservation needs. He was so patient and understanding with me for over 30 minutes on the phone. This is the kind of service he deserves a raise for! God bless you Rick!

Just as everyone else experienced, 24 hours later I get an email saying to call them about the reservation… they start spewing some BS about being sold out and not being allowed to have a carry on blah blah blah…. And it’s gonna cost twice as much… total bait and switch.

Perry was awesome .........i couldn't have picked anyone else that was that helpful. He had the answers for any questions i asked. He is someone i would ask to talk with concerning anytime i fly. Give him a raise!!

Two nights in a row. Saw flights at great price. Filled in info, put in credit card. Hit Book. Hangs up. Then there is a chat. Personal looks up my booking. Gives me song and dance about limited quantities, says she'll get my flights at best rate. Comes back with flights over 100% higher!!! Scam!

I was recommended to this company by a friend who has used them many times in the past. I had a good experience booking an international flight with agent Terry.
Terry was able to share flights and prices to compare before I made a decision. I was able to book a flight at a good price on the date I wanted to depart and return. The quote I was given was the same price I received.
Only concern was that I felt a little pressed to book the flight right away to lock in the price before I was certain of my trip dates. But I was assured they have a 24 hour window to make changes. I would use the company again.

Kate Gracia was extremely helpful and explained/answered every question I had. When I was experiencing technical difficulties with my email she assisted in getting the information for Delta to an alternative email address. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Made scheduling these airline tickets very easy and at a huge saving, considering the cost of tickets at this time. thank you Kate.

This is completely scam all five stars review says, thank you to the name any person who work for this company , why every 5 star mention a name of person mmmm that proof this is a scam

This site is a total scam. If the price is too good to be true, it is. They advertised a great price online and I booked the airfare securing it with my credit card. 24 hours later they email you asking to telephone them. They no longer have that fare making ridiculous excuses then try to sell you more expensive itinerary.
