Myflightrefund.com is a great company. they took my case for the awfully delayed flight and although that airline was trying to avoid our case, Myflightrefund was so persistent, so in the end, the case was concluded in our favour (Thanks to Myflightrefund team) and we received the compensation for the delayed flight.

After wasting my time on the unnecessary procedures for my overbooked flight and sold seats by Turkish Airlines I got this mail from Myflightrefund.com: "Unfortunately, we are not able to accept this case"

After a little bit more of a year after a flight I received compensation. So I couldn't recommend them more. If my flight in future will be delayed again, I will ask myflightrefund for services again.

Bunch of chancers I think , will not use them in the future , better to write to airline directly yourself a proper letter .On the end you have the contract with them and even they will not get you any money they will be pestering you about 75 euros

Glad everything worked out in the end. he overall process is a bit slow and the fee is high.

Wasted al lot of my time filling a form and giving them power of attorney, then emailed me after 5-6 hours to tell that they can't do anything because the flight was not operated by an EU airline (my flight was Turkish Airlines). The point is, if you hire a 12 yo web developer with a few weeks of experience, they can make it such that you get a "no we can't" message right away, based on the data you enter (flight no., PNR, etc.) Never using this service again!

I was very happy to get money back, due to ten horrible delays concerning our flight from Reykjavik to Oslo, thank you very much

Slow but they did the job.
I will come back to them if I will have any problems with airlines.

Please don’t go with these guys. I filed a claim, they never provided further with the claim. Receiving no compensation and now I’m being charged a random amount, with no evidence to support it, but getting constant threats from them. Don’t go with them !

I’m like a guy before the same story: started a claim with myflightrefund and I had little communication. After 4 years Myflightrefund are now chasing me for an all of the claim payout to be paid into a polish bank account! What!!!???

I started a claim with myflightrefund and I had little communication and updates. I chased the airline personally about the claim and they paid the claim out within 3 weeks directly to myself . Myflightrefund are now chasing me for a third of the claim payout to be paid into a polish bank account!

I have been in a difficult situation with Wizz Air and in the end thanks to my flight refund, I won the case and got 250 euros.

It was really good experience. Simple process. I really liked that the company keep it me updated of the process and also if I really would have a chance in the case and was approved.

Thanks to Myflightrefund we received some compensation. We had complained to the flight company but they had refused to pay out from a flight cancellation after we had no notice of cancellation.
Myflightrefund listened to our case and helped compensate us. The process took 5 months.

Hello, I definitely recommend this company to claim your delayed or cancellation. I send all my information and to be honest was not expecting anything...well they did an excellent job and received my refund from the airline.

Flight was in May 2022. 8 months later - after supplying all the information requested - these guys tell me they've had to accept the (poor) excuse given by the airline. Basically they got me nothing, and took 8 months to get me nothing and didnt communicate well/often during those 8 months. Pretty useless. Go to Money Saving Expert and use his free service - and you'll get to keep 100%. I guess technically I got 100%.....of nothing.
