Only because of bad communication…

Only because of bad communication culture with your customers. I never got a valid info from Christina from Hamburg - over a time frame of one year. Moreover, she told me not to ask questions about the case. Unbelievable....

Thank you for the time spent giving us a review. Regarding the long waiting time, we are sorry that you feel that we have an influence on the speed of the process. The truth is that if the airline does not pay like in your case we have to enforece the compensation at court. Unfortunatelly, we cannot influence the process time at court at all. In your specific case the court decision took over 7 months and we are very happy that we successfully enforced your claim and Money..
Furthermore, we do not want to upset you as a customer with unnecessary emails during the waiting while the case is at court and we mention that upfront. Though we promise to respond as soon we have more news or a court resolution. Hopefully, we could clarify you the situation a bit better and we would much appreciate if you would reconsider your evaluation of our service based on the given circumstances.

Very good experience

Very good experience with MYFLIGHTRIGHT. They won the trial and I got the compensation for the cancelled fight.
