This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. Do not spend any money in booking with this company as you will not have a booking and your money will be gone. It took me about 5 months to figure it out when trying to book. The airlines never received my actual booking made through this company and so the money was lost. Malcolm is a fraud. Luckily my bank recognized this and so I lost less than I thought but it was still a significant amount. $7000.00 dollars over the 5 month period. Do not book with this company. Book directly with the airlines or a trust travel agent. I thought I was booking directly with the airlines but somehow Myflysupport.com intercepts these calls and inserts themselves. Beware. This is a fraud. My sister in law had the same experience until we put 2 and 2 together and figured it out. You've been warned to not book with this fraudulent company.
Fraudulent Travel Agent
A trusted travel agent Brown who was unknown to me was not an ASAP agent
(according to ASAP Tickets special services investigation) that rebooked my international flight on 12/14/25. ASAP Tickets emailed me that this Agent was not their employee and they were not affiliated with My Flight Supports, LLC. Agent Brown stated that she had found a great flight deal for just only $889.00 with the exception of the $75 baggage fee. On my December bank statement showed there was fee of $889.00 that was paid to My Flight Supports in addition to my original ticket cost of $1,742. 13 which had already been booked for 01/30/26--02/15/26; which showed a payment on 01/30/26. I had no direct phone nor email contacts with this travel agency nor with Delta Airlines. So with that being said, Flight Supports, LLC is responsible for this fraudulent service and I am demanding my refund of $889.00! I have tried several times to contact My Flight Supports, LLC. There are no direct listings for a customer service phone number nor email address per Google Search. I've never heard of this business until I saw the name on my bank statement. Beware and make sure you get the agent's employee number when dealing with this travel agency. Better yet, just book directly with the airlines!
This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. They have a fake website which I ended up inadvertently calling when I tried to change a TAP Portugal flight. They posed as the airline and charged me for a one way no refundable fare. Theee months later they appear to have used my name and United miles number to book another fraudulent flight. I have reported this company to the BBB, do not use them.
I was scammed
I was scammed! Booked a flight on jetblue for my grandson to New York. Asked for a unaccompanied minor which I was told I would get. Paid over $400 for the ticket for travel on September 3 and my credit card was charged over $800 to My flight support. I have been trying to get back to Charles but his number no longer exist.....and I had to pay at the airport for the service I thought I paid for to myflightsupport.
BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
This company is a scam operation
This company is a scam operation. They masquerade as airline phone numbers. In my case they suggested that my flight reservation had been cancelled; I was convinced to pay hundreds of dollars to reinstate my flight. It was toatl scam. My reservation was intact. In the end, they issued a fake ticket and then did cancel my flight, using my reservation information.
Fortunately, the airline reissued my ticket under a different reference number, but it was a fight and I lost hundreds of dollars. This company is based in India, but pretends to be in the USA. They are criminals.
BEWARE
“Malcolm Jones,” whose real name is Mandeep Singh from India, sold me an unusable round-trip plane ticket from the U.S. to Europe for double—almost $3,000—the price listed on IBERIA Airlines (whom I thought I was booking with) and American Airlines.
In addition to this outrageous “fee,” the ticket is completely useless because American Airlines does not allow pets to fly in the cabin on transatlantic flights. I will not travel without my dog—she is my only family.
The reason I wanted to speak with a real person (such irony now) was precisely to guarantee that I could travel with my small dog. I explained that clearly, repeatedly, and emphatically to Mandeep (a.k.a. Malcolm Jones), along with the heartbreaking fact that I had recently lost my wife, among other painful circumstances.
He then “oddly” split the total charge—half to American Airlines, and the other half to “My Fly Support LLC.” Multiple lies, deception, and no transparency. I have requested a refund several times. Nothing to this day. THIS IS A CLEAR SCAM. BEWARE
If I could give zero stars I would.

I thought I was talking to travelocity.
Adam Smith, with a very thick foreign accent, told me that my Air Canada flight did not allow for a carry on and a checked bag would be $75 each way, or I could pay $65 each way for a carry on. I do not have a choice as i cannot pack for an international flight using a personal bag only. I gave my cc info. I asked for an email confirmation. He told me he would send one in the morning as his shift was over. I insisted on a receipt immediately. I did not receive an email, though he claimed he sent it 4 times. When I finally got the email, it had the wrong information. He insisted I click on the "i agree" button. I insisted he correct the info, which he finally did. Upon reading the agreement/ receipt,I noticed that there was no mention of this receipt being for checked luggage, it said it was for a seat upgrade. He insisted that it did say it was for checked luggage, which it absolutely did not. We went back and forth and I finally told him to cancel my request. He yelled at me and asked me why I wasted his time.
In this moment he sounded exactly like the scammers that you see on youtube.
THIS IS A SCAM SITE.

Malcolm was very professional in assisting me in making flight reservation and went over and above to correct a flight that I had made myself, he took the time to correct my errors. In addition Malcom found a way to extend my stay at the all inclusive resort I had booked when my check out date was one day before my flights were leaving. I am very thankful for Malcom's expertise in a matter I know little about. I will be sure to use his knowledge in the future for my travels.
