This is the most hassle free purchase ive ever done. I usually dont leave reviews but this company deserves one because everything was so professionally handled. And the pieces of furniture i got are chef kiss. Good quality, excellent customer service, nothing to complain about. I am so pleased with my purchase.

I ordered a tv unit and paid in full yesterday. Today I received an email off them cancelling my order. I now have to wait up to a week for the money to go back into my account so can’t order something else until this is done, meaning I won’t get anything now until after Xmas. No customer service number just email. So that’s over £500 I have to replace if I want to order something to get it before Xmas. Worst company I have dealt with. If it’s not in stock, don’t take the order or money off hard working people.

Will recommend. Everything went smoothly. Will definitely order again.

Quick and efficient

I can only say great things about My Foreever Furnishings. We purchased a BioEthanol Fireplace earlier this week.
Not only were they the best price in the market for fireplace but I was able to call a human being (unique in this world of online customer service) who confirmed that the fireplace was in stock.
Plus their site promised 2-10 days delivery and we ordered it on the Sunday and it was with us on the Wednesday.
We are delighted customers. Highly recommend and would buy from them again

I ordered a marble table and it is literally amazing! I thought it was going to be a wood table just wrapped etc but it was solid marble and more perfect than I even imagined! I’m so happy with it! Service was exceptional and only took a week to be delivered even tho it said up to 4 weeks! I was kept updated through out! Thank you so much !!

The panelling is absolutely gorgeous, I couldn’t be more happy with it… the colour is a proper gold, and loads of it for the price, will be able to do the fireplace, plus the back of the shelves, & still have loads left over.

I ordered decorative wall panels which were delivered by DHL, however they were damaged in transit. The team at My Forever Furnishings could not have been better, right away they organised replacements and an alternative courier to deliver the replacement order, which arrived in perfect condition. I am really pleased with the wall panels which look great and I could not have asked for better customer service from the team, who kept me informed on the status of my order along the way.

I love my dining table and chairs it looks beautiful in my living room the chairs are so comfortable and I would recommend it

Unfortunately had to cancel my order due to a family issue. Got a response email back within the same hour and refunded processing too.
Customer care is outstanding.
Also wanted to note, very fast delivery estimate too!
