I followed one of your learners through…
I followed one of your learners through Huntington today. They obviously shouldn’t be on busy roads in rush hour if they can’t go above 20mph!!!
But what actually disgusted me was when the car blocked an old couple with a white stick from crossing the road!!!! Literally pulled right in front of them!!
Surely the instructor should have stopped her!!

We take any concerns about road safety seriously, but we do need to clarify a few important points.
Our learners are by definition learning, and part of that learning includes being exposed to real-world driving conditions – including busier roads – under the close supervision of a fully qualified instructor with full dual controls.
Learners will not always drive at the speed other road users would prefer, and that can understandably be frustrating, but it is both legal and expected during tuition.
With regards to the allegation about pedestrians, our instructors are trained to prioritise safety at all times and would never knowingly allow a situation that puts vulnerable pedestrians at risk. We have spoken to the instructor involved and there is no recollection of the incident as described. From our experience, situations observed briefly by third parties can sometimes be misinterpreted without the full context.
If you genuinely believe an unsafe incident occurred, we would always encourage you to report it directly to us at the time with as much detail as possible (date, time, location, vehicle), so it can be properly investigated.
We remain confident in the professionalism of our instructors and the standards we set across our school.

Just seen this instructor in Lancaster drop off a student in a (new style) white Toyota Argo and:-
1) They didn’t indicate on a junction, which is a major of a test
2) Pulled up to the curb and clip the curb, which is another major on your test
I know I may be being picky, but if this is the quality of structures that you have teaching students and there is no hope for future drivers.

I’ve only had 4 lesson with Scott Miguel and he has taught me so much already, and I struggled with parking and he really good at teaching you ways to learn more easily and even gets out a white bored and mini cars to show you and he makes the lesson more fun by doing little competitions with me and him :)
