Great product!

Great product and great customerservice! It gives a close shave like a razor but without the irritation. It's quick, easy to use, and leaves my head feeling smooth every time. Highly recommend!

I purchased the "Lady's Shaver" as a…

I purchased the "Lady's Shaver" as a surprise gift for my daughter. When she received it she instantly shaved her legs. I received a phone call telling me what a great father Ii was. She said her legs were so smooth and there had been no pulling or burning in the process. I am so happy I got this for her. I went to Hero from almost zero. Thanks for the great product.

Flex series Pro shaving Head

I'm 79 years old so my skin is not as tough as it used to be. This is the Only shaver I have found that does not leave my skin raw. I really appreciate the new shaver head every eight weeks. Thank you.

The shaver is awesome

The shaver is awesome. It does a nice close shave, no nicks. Its great to have them send new blades automatically cheaper by far than other electric brands.

Hassle free shave

As a balding male shaving my head once or twice a week with a razor or depilatory was quite a hassle. I’ve used the free bird trimmer now for a little over a year and it removes the hassle. It is so fast and easy, easy to clean up after, and easy to maintain. I recently purchased a second one for my daughter.

My new shaver

I just received my new shaver it was a replacement of my old one the old one the battery would not hold a charge so that’s why I got my new one and I’m glad I did it fits in my hand so much better and it gives you a nice clean shave. I can reccomd this one with no Hess action”I feel it’s a great product

For one I was signed up for a…

For one I was signed up for a subscription without knowing. I received an email that my order was received. I emailed them and they were nice and quickly canceled the order. The shaver also irritated my skin. I've only used it maybe a handful of times and it either pulls hair or I had to go over the same spot multiple times. The blades probably have to be changed every month. Do not recommend. Next time I want to buy a product I will check trustpilot. So many report the same issues. Bad product and automatic subscription without customer knowledge.
