Person who wants a refund asap!

I don't know how I subscribed to give permission apparently for a R37 something to be deducted from my bank account every few days.It's very upsetting to see money going out of my account without my permission! I want a refund asap. The fact that the cancellation process is also long and complicated makes my anxiety go high. I am veru upset that I can't get my money back that was taken from my account without my concent.
