In my experience, a subscription in my name was made in a site i have never seen before. but trustpilot walked me through it step by step ,answering my every question and explaining everything to me. And thanks to their fast responses the problem was easily delt with and i didn’t lose my mind with no feedback , or was ignored. So i was really chocked by truspilot’s eficiancy and their excellent service 👍👍

Beware – This company steals money every month!
I never signed up for MyGameMerch.com, yet they started charging me automatically after I bought clothes through TikTok. They enrolled me in a “membership” without my consent and keep taking money from my account every month.
This feels like a scam: they hide behind confusing terms and make it very hard to cancel. Their so‑called “Starter Membership” is nothing more than a trick to drain people’s money.
They are not only scammers, they are also shameless in the way they operate — taking money from people without permission and pretending it is legitimate.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. If you see their ads on TikTok or anywhere else, be careful — they will enroll you without clear permission and keep charging you.

I subscribed to this in error. I wrote and email requesting a refund and to cancel my subscription, I was told a refund was not possible but they confirmed cancellation of subscription. I then saw 8.49€ taken from my account, I wrote again, they said they would refund this if I left positive feedback, I said, I will not do this and to keep my money. They replied stating they would now refund all of my money, if I leave feedback and only after I leave feedback, asking me to send them a screenshot of my feedback and after their quality team has verified it.

The staff contacted me very quickly to resolve any questions or concerns. When they contacted me, they resolved everything in an instant.

This company scammed me out of 10 Euro's last year, when I tried to buy an item from another website. They took my money and auto enrolled me in a monthly payment scheme. The website I paid had been cloned / spoofed by these guys.
Today 21-07-25 they have sent me another email offering me my money back if I give them a good review on Trustpilot. This is their 3rd or 4th email.
No chance, you are scammers.
Please read some of the other reviews, a lot of them are people saying thank you for the refund.
I would suggest that they have also been scammed but wanted their money back, so they gave a good review.
You scammers can keep my 10 Euro's thanks, no good review from me.
