I don't know this company

I don't know the company, I was doing a survey on Facebook and I had to pay for the delivery, next thing is money going of my account that I didn't even know

Major misinterpretation (update)

BEWARE! This company (and toysortoys.com) is a major SCAM! They fraudulently subscribe you to a bi-weekly payment, and when you ask them to stop the subscription, they:
1. Say they will reimburse you once you delete your negative review on Trustpilot.
2. Promise that the subscription is stopped, and that they will reimburse you, but then immediately add a new subscription to your account.
3. Reimburse you for an amount that is less than the original amount, and they just open another subscription and charge your account again with 2-week intervals.

Don't fall for it!

Mygamestorm claims to be helpful by offering so-called refunds, which only take place if you write a positive review. They confirm that your subscription has been canceled but continue to charge your credit card.
