Was sold an acc that was OW banned a week prior to being purchased. The “contact us” option on the website does not work
Edit: I was given a new acc by the sellers after posting this trust pilot. The new acc seems to be fine, except that it seemed to be shared by others as when I logged onto to it, it was already ingame. Checking some of the demos, there were games played not by me after delivery.
Edit 2: they have reached out to be again trying to get it fixed And offered me a new account. This is the 3rd account and it seems to work, but I suspect these are infact cracked accounts. I am just happy the support is finally reaching out to make amends. Originally I had given the company a 1 star review before they reached out. Due to then making an active effort to correct their mistakes I’ll improve the rating to 3 stars.
