I didn't even make an account and they already sent me a sms asking me to checkout my cart. They also have a badge claiming you can pay thru klarna which was not true. Glad I came here to read review before I decided

If I could, I would give less than one star. First, advertising of the dealer targets the customers mis-guiding them to believe, that they are ordering from the official Garmin website.
I have ordered Straps, two weeks ago and the dealer has failed to delivered. After enquiring about the delivery status, the dealer claims to have problems with the deliveries and is not able to provide an estimated delivery date, neither to reimbursed.

I falsely bought a strap because of an google ad. I really thought it is the original product. After my purchase I had a look at the trust pilot comments regarding this company and immediately wanted to cancel my purchase. Of course there was no chance of canceling on the website - although I was really quick, let’s say during the first 30minutes after placing my order. I then decided to write an email, asking for a cancellation. Unfortunately the product was shipped before I got an answer. (Later I got an answer: telling me there was no chance of cancellation!)
I received the product 2 days later and I am deeply disappointed by the cheap quality AND the bad smell, just like the cheapest material you can imagine.
Because the the costumer has to pay for the return, I decided to throw it away…and to place an order at the original Garmin website.

I gotsent a wrong colour and another strap that broke 1,5 months later. Nevertheless I claim the problem and I got sent for free the original strap I ordered, plus the one that easily broke once more. The support was etremely kind and helpful, truely answering and listening and not just those pre-set generically kind emails.

I ordered my watch strap a month ago. Paid $38. And he e received nothing. No valid excuse. What a scam.
It eventually arrived in mid-September, but is very poor quality and doesn’t fit my watch (too wide). Still scam

Order takes a while to arrive, couple of weeks. They sent wrong colour, customer service good, sent out correct one, another 2/3 week wait however.....my replacement strap is not same as the original strap for my Garmin Venu 2 Plus. It has a metal stud which I am allergic to and the smallest setting is too big for me. And to top it all the strap keeps falling off the watch. Not happy at all.

Straps arrived on time and looked decent. The material is not the same quality as a genuine Garmin product, although it seems ok.
I fitted the strap correctly and went swimming. When I pressed the Fenix 5 lap button (bottom right) the strap disconnected and the watch came off my wrist. This happened 3 times in a 90 minute swim. I contacted the company to get a refund and was asked for photos and a video. I sent photos but a meaningful video was difficult because of file size; however, I sent a short video. The company has not engaged regarding a refund. I have no faith in the product to keep the watch attached. Because there has been no engagement regarding a refund, I'm now left with a poor quality product.
I recommend that no one wastes their money on this product

They sell fake products. It is not Garmin.
I got a strap that turned yellow/orange in a month. It does not have a Garmin logo and the metal part was white (badly painted), though it should be rose gold.
Waste of money and time!
Don't buy there anything!

Inexistent support, send you a generic I won't help you.
The product not fully compatible with Garmin watch.
Very high prices.

Bought 3 straps. After 6 weeks the paint of the first trap started to disappear. Company didnt wanna do anything about it.

Just another scam enabled by google ads appearing to be original Garmin, aggressively pushing cheap stuff to the masses relying on the fact that people won't bother to take the pain to return the goods and pursue to get their money back.

Band broke after 3 days of use. Asked for refund. They shipped a replacement by mistake and downright refuse to pay for return shipping. They sell very bad quality products and don’t make up for their mistakes.

FAKE - Please don't make the same mistake.

They will send you a different item that's incomplete and useless and they will never reply to you after.
This is just a money theft site.
