I have been using Mygermany’s services for over 3 years now, and I’ve always been super satisfied with their friendly and excellent customer service, and I’m happy to say that I’ve done more than a dozen shipments with them and everything is always packaged securely and nothing has ever arrived damaged nor has anything ever been missing. I highly recommend Mygermany and will always use them for my forwarding needs when purchasing from sellers in the EU.

Received personal email from My Germany owner regarding my recent issue with customer service. Owner was very friendly and helpful, explained everything from A to Z and also offered me an discount.

I used the forwarding service MyGermany since 2021 for at least 10 to 15 times and my experience is very mixed – between perfect and absolutely horribly. As long as the customer service is not involved (like for Drop Shipments) it works very well and I am very pleased. In the past I also had some good experience with the customer service, but it is NOT consistent. Several time it took weeks to get problems solved that were caused through MyGermany (e.g. a missing parcel that no one could find until the CEO got involved). Worst case it my last order. End of April I placed several concierge orders and two of them are still open. I contacted the team several time (maybe 4 t0 6 times) in the last 6 weeks and ask about the ETA and I got ABSOLUTE no response (only the acknowledgement of my message). Dead, silence. I called them and left a message, used the chatbot, the form and email but no response. It feels horribly not to be able to get help. Half of the shippment sits in the warehouse and I can't proceed. Therefore I can't recommend them.

Mygermany website look like complete scam. I got a laptop battery from amazon.de already a week but i cannot get it. Each time i go to ship it is showing 10000 euro to ship. I have send them many email but no response.

I think i have lost my battery.

Absolutely stay away from this company.
SCAMMERS through and through.
I've made an order with them a Month ago and i still have nothing.
Contacted them multiple times for cancellation and refund and nothing, only got a few responses like "my colleague is not in the office i will let him know" crap, and no response from them after that. I contacted ODR and speaking to a lawyer to sue them. This is unacceptable, and will not be tollerated.

For the first time I asked the myGermay team for their support. They were very professional while showing a very friendly attitude. It was a pleasure working with this team and I will definitely ask them for assistance again next time.

My experience has always been super positive with the ever helpful team at myGermany. Great value, great service can't fault them one bit!

Updated – I did receive my refund. Thank you. I placed an order and paid to have them purchase an order from Kleinanzeigen basically Ebay in Berlin Germany. I heard nothing for a week so I asked them the status and it took them 2 days to respond. They said they cancelled my order because the seller was non-responsive. When I checked on the item on Klenanzeigen it was still showing as available. I placed an order with Shippn and they were able to purchase the item which I confirmed is now showing as purchased. Kind of disappointing since they are actually in Germany where my item is located.

I deal with Johanna and she meets my needs for business. Very solid and reliable team here:)
