I purchased a Steam card for MX$600, equivalent to US$47.00 including service fees.
Despite being asked to upload an ID, the order is stuck "in process" and just goes through a loop with no progress. Because of this, I contacted customer service, and they only stated the following:
"I'm sorry to have checked again and noticed that the order is still in process because we ran out of stock of that item. I apologize for the inconvenience; this doesn't usually happen. We are already expecting more stock, which should arrive soon, and we expect to complete your order in a couple of hours.
If you prefer, we can cancel the order and refund you. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."
Therefore, I requested the cancellation and refund, and since that last email, they haven't contacted me again, which is a complete scam.
I suggest never using this website to buy what they sell, if you don't want to get ripped off.

I will change this rating only if this issue is resolved but this is definitely one star experience as of this review. I went to checkout with a large amount in gift cards and planned on using the PayPal payin4 option, clicked the human verification and it passed me to the next tab to complete the purchase. Once I completed confirming my payment details in the other tab, I returned to the checkout page only to be told I apparently hadn't passed human verification but it still charged my account. I have no vpns or ad blocks or nothing on so I have no idea why it'd do that but more curiously why it would charge my account immediately upon confirming my payment details but provide no order number or anything whatsoever. Im hoping this is resolved soon through customer service but for now its definitely looking like a huge scam.

I needed help with a problem in redeeming credits purchased online. The redeem option within the mail from MyGiftCardSupply would show "already redeemed" when the full credits had not shown up on my iTunes account. An exchange of mail eventually resolved the issue. I did not have to follow up repeatedly and MyGiftCardSupply was there with unprompted responses and solutions.

I truly believe that if your inventory is empty you should grey out the card icons because I had to wait over 10 hours to receive a gift card marked as "in stock" on your website. Besides this I think your assistant Mary was very helpful and prompt with her responses to my inquiries, therefore I do not want this rating to negatively affect her in any way.

They sold me a Gift Card that is useless. The service it was supposed to be used for "Sling TV" no longer allows mere Gift Card use without a U.S. address and Credit Card, the info that it can't be used by customers in Europe wasn't provided! Beware they just suckered me for 100$ without any support except the statement "sorry for your inconvenience"!!!

The whole concept of acquiring gift cards is very well structured at MyGiftCardSupply, very easy to comply.
