I've been using the service for years and have only suffered one issue with codes. I got help pretty quickly though and am quite happy with how customer service resolved the issue.

I was initially unable to redeem my coupon and thought I had lost my money. I reached out to customer service, and within 24 hours they had identified and fixed a location issue on my end, successfully adding the voucher to my account. This is the first time I’ve experienced such excellent customer service for any problem, and it’s clear that this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly impressed!

My mother's id was taken, It took too long, it gave false hope, and it still didn't work. at least they gave a refund

I bought two USD gift cards for Google Play. I tried to redeem them in Canada and was unsuccessful. I was told I needed to be in the US. So I sent them to my son in Colorado and he was unsuccessful as well, he was told that it needs to be redeemed by the account that first attempted to redeem the codes.

So, I can't redeem them because I'm in Canada, and he can't redeem them on his account. No refunds, so I'm out $200

Edit: I know it's a USD card, that's what I wanted. The issue is that no one can redeem it, my son is IN the USA but he cannot redeem it, it's useless.

This is a legitimate website. My mother purchased an amazon giftcard through this website because I live in a different country than her. There was a small hiccup which ended up being my fault to begin with.

Javier/Customer Service was extremely quick to respond and very patient with my issue.

They were very helpful, quick and provided a creative solution for me.

Incredible service. I was having issues with a gift card but they sorted it all out for me. Amazing.

I’ve been using this company’s services since 2022 and can say that it’s reliable, straightforward, and exactly as advertised. Over three years and several thousand euros spent, I’ve only had one issue — a €200 gift card that arrived with an incomplete code.

Although it took about 20 days and several follow-ups before the matter was resolved, the company did eventually provide a valid replacement code and made things right.

Aside from that isolated incident, my experience has been consistently positive. Their platform works as promised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again — though I do hope their customer support becomes a little more responsive in the future.

Service is fast and easy. I'm a satisfied customer!

Zero communication. Made the error of buying a gift card for a friend in the US, thinking they were universal, international (they should be right?) Needed a refund for £100 but didn't hear a thing from this random company in dubai, still, no word a month later. Avoid these whomever they are??
