I would rate them a -7 if I could for the number of days of my life wasted. I had never ordered from them before - I placed an order on March 13th. I didn't want to enter the Vin. They made me confirm I didn't want to enter the Vin via email. Then because I paid with my cash app account, AFTER they billed me $193 for the part, they emailed and asked for a copy of my ID since I paid with a gift card. I didn't use a gift card and explained I could see they already billed me. They said never mind that request was an error.
Yesterday I got an order cancelled email, they don't even have the part that they charged me for?? 7 day waste of time. My credit has not posted yet.
I would not reccomend this "service" to anyone.
