Satisfied with product

I purchased the Eagle Eye range finder to help with my club selection. It has done everything as advertised and been a huge help while out on the course.
I received my device as scheduled and promised to be delivered.

Rain water got in the housing due to…

Rain water got in the housing due to the fact that the 2 “top” pieces were not sealed. Placed a piece of clear tape over the separation for a temporary repair. Contract YOU and was told “Glad you found a fix” Was going to come to the plant (live in Naperville) and was informed “we don’t have a plant” Crappy product Crappy reply!

You reached out to us directly and informed us that you left the device out in the rain during a "gully washer." You also informed us that you dried it out with a hair dryer and it was working again. My Eagle Eye Rangefinder from My Golfing Store arrived and looks great. I misplaced the Operation Manual and have yet to use it. I tried once and may have installed a dead battery. I am hopeful and excited to use it in the future. Due to recent rains in California, I have not yet had the opportunity but will try it again soon. My Golfing Store has been very responsive in following up with me and resolving my initial concerns.

slow delivery of order

It took almost 2.5 weeks to get delivery and there were no updates given. Seems like it took a long time from order to shipment. DHL seemed a lot slower on delivery than Fedex. The supposed delivery day was 9/14 but actually showed up 9/15.

I love my new Eagle Eye RangeFinder

I love my new Eagle Eye RangeFinder. It is very easy to use and very accurate. The slope feature is the best. Now I know the exact distance to the green and have no more excuses for leaving it short. My friends I golf with are now asking me for the distance to the pin because their more expensive range finders do not have the slope feature.

Range finder is nice but….

Range finder is nice. The automatic enroll into a subscription is a scam I paid an extra $50 for something I didn’t even use. Glad I caught it when I did . I won’t purchase anything else from them.

After your purchase, we sent you an email with your receipt and another email explaining how to get set up to access the member's only videos section. You were also sent an email reminder before the first charge. It's possible that some emails can end in the spam folder. When you emailed our team, we were happy to cancel your membership and did so promptly. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience and every purchase has a 60 day money back.

I am totally happy with my new Eagle…

I am totally happy with my new Eagle Eye Rangefinder.. I am reducing my unneeded. Storks..I am really happy with the technology. I really appreciate the correct yards...my Friend liked mine so much he ,bought one... we are looking forward to our Free golf Game...S/c Estle McLelland.

Buyers Beware!!!!

Buyers Beware!!!!! I purchased a $20 item and was given a 7 day membership but then charged $50 per month with no receipts. I only found out when I did my tax audit. I asked for a refund and they don't want to help or refund me out of good faith with no obvious use on their site.
They are scamming you to get memberships you don't want. UNETHICAL!!!

Unacceptable Reply To My Review

This is regarding the reply to my previous review of My Golfing Store. The explanation was totally unacceptable. It is fraudulent to require a person to “opt out” of a charge! There was no email after the fact and there have been other complaints about this with the Better Business Bureau. This is totally unethical business practice & unless I receive a full refund I stand by my statements and review!

Great buy Great range finder!

Pretty simple....you order something, pay for it, receive it. Just like a regular store. Follow up was good. The range finder is excellent for the price. Recommend everyone to get one that needs one.
