Shoddy rushed work
I Called Green Electric several times and was told Ian was handling disputes for customers care.. He never reply. I'm starting to think he was fictional because he was never at his desk when I rang..

I left my scooter for investigation in the beggining of October 2022. The scooter was in one piece and both wheels were spinning. It has been there for half a year, and every time I went in to check up on it, there was a new excuse, either the mechanic did not have time, either they still do not know and they are investigating, all sort of excuses. Every time I went in there, the scooter just sat in some corner dissasambled with all its pieces all over the shop(nobody was looking at it). After half a year I told Henrik that I would like to take it back and it is ok if they do not know how to fix it. He asked that I pay 349kr for their work and gave a spontaneous verdict of the engine being burned and the back wheel is locked and it does not spin... I said, ok I will pay this amount if at least I get the scooter in one piece, as I brought it there. I understood that the destroyed back wheel will not be fixed but at least assemble it as it was. Then he told his mechanics to put one screw here and there and the rest of pieces I shall take in a bag. Ofcourse I did not agree with this and I told him that I am not leaving the shop without the scooter assembled. He then became really angry and started calling me an immigrant that came in Denmark and tell him how to manage his business, fuc*king idiot multiple times and to shut the fu*ck up and get the fu*ck out of his shop. I told him to call the police because I am not leaving. He then started to frighten me that he will throw me out himself or will call his friends that will throw me out and so on. After I talked some sense into him telling that I am a customer who would like to get his scooter back and I will pay the money I just want the entire scooter. He said that for this I need to pay double. The story is long and I do not want to waste someones time reading this. It all finished with me calling police to come and help me retrieve my scooter to which I was told that they will not do anything and that I should pay the 349kr otherwise I risk a penal case and they understand this is a bad service but this is nothing they can do because it is a civil case and I shold get a lawyer. Moral of the story is, I got my scooter more destroyed than it was, heaviliy insulted by the shop owner and without 349kr in my account. I also have recording of him insulting me and agreeing that he was guilty but in the end I came out as the loser and he still got his money and pride. That is all folks, be careful entering that shop.
In February I bought a new scooter from this scooter shop, 2 days later i had to bring it in for repairs because the full battery would die after 10 minute ride. Henrik would acknowledge the issue and replaced the battery. A month later, front wheel bearings gave out by making squeaking sound and slowing down the scooter. I brought in the scooter on 31.01.23 for reklamation, but Henrik answered that he will not accept it to repair for free cause he would be out of business for repairs like that. Without any options, Henrik demanded to pay upfront 349kr before he even have seen the scooter. On 24.02 i sent a message to Henrik about my scooter, which he completely ignored. A week later i gave a call and Henrik told me he is having problems with his mechanic. On 9.03 i gave another call, Henrik promised to look up my scooter and give me a call back the same day. I did not get any call back same or next day. Today is 10.03, 1,5 months later Henrik is not picking up his phone after calling him 7th time.
Avoid this place, its a scam!!
Changed my Xiaomi 2 pro scooter tires here. The waiting list for repair is a bit long at the moment (2.5 days), but they send SMS notification when the scooter is ready for pickup.
Good service, English friendly. Opens on Saturdays as well.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company…
First of all on their website, the price to change two airless tires for xiaomi pro 2 scooter is set at 749kr. Since I brought my own tires, we agreed that I will have to pay 400kr.
Sadly they wanted to charge me 800kr when I came to pick up scooter, with some reasons as bender screws, hard to remove front wheel, the need to pay workers - honestly, it’s non of my problems, we agreed on the price, and if you wanted to change it - you could have called beforehand and I would have never agreed on 800kr. The owner said that his mechanic spent 2 hours on the scooter, but on the report paper it was written 40 minutes - mechanic himself wrote that…
Besides increased price, there were also fresh scratches on the front and back rims, which are totally not acceptable, as my scooter is almost new. After some negotiations I paid 500kr instead of 800kr, but any proper business would not have an audacity to increase the price by 100% even after scratching my scooter, in fact it should be even lowerthan the originally agreed price of 400kr, because of the scratches…
So I wouldn’t recommend this place, they don’t follow on up on their agreements.
EDIT: after receiving the reply I have however to even lower my rating to one star. . More lies won’t help..
Yes, I got a text message AFTER the job was done and not before you decided to change price. Adam said himself that it was a problem to change the front tire and not the back one. He also admitted scratching the front rim in front of me, and there were some scratches on the back rim before, but I found new ones as well. Unfortunately you did not learn from your mistakes, blaming the customer when you have made mistakes is not good for business at all
