My Hair Shine is a huge scam. They stole money from my credit card, and after a while, my credit evaporates. After filing a complaint, I received an email saying I could get my money back with a positive 5-star review on Trustpilot. Blackmail, bribery and fraud! Luckily they gave me the idea to check the reviews.

They keep trying to bribe me. They're asking me by mail again to remove this review. Then they'll refund me. Unfortunately, trust was part of the problem.

22 nov 2025 They keep bombarding me with their chatgtp emails. They want me to remove my negative review and then they'll refund me. I want them to pay me and then I'll remove my review. Now they're trying to intimidate me through Truspilot. They keep stalking me with email everyday. They want me to remove my review. They can't buy my opinion.

They helped me resolve a membership misunderstanding and handled the refund process for me. And everything was very fast! Paula from Escalation Team Management the best!

Very worse. Someone used my card to shop, got in touch and till now no news…..Don’t fall for their scam. They will make sweet comments of fixing but does nothing. Worse in satisfying the interest of people

After publishing my comment on trustpilo.com last April 5th, I received 2 emails from these scammers asking me to put a 4 or 5 star comment, so tat they reimburse the $ they stole from my visa card.
They tried to take some other $ after I asked their support to delete my account. Frozen card. HAHAHA
Advice to everyone, RUN AWAY from these thieves. FROZE the card you gave them access to.

When you buy a article they use your card for a far greater amount, when they accept to pay back only a very little amount wil be returned. Advise: stay away from these scammers !!!
