Ordered February 5th and still haven’t got my order! It’s been a month now!!!

This company is a scam- do not order from them- if you pay with a credit card you will need to cancel that card because they keep charging you.SCAM-- don't even think your experience will be different- product is crap and I do mean crap

I ordered a medium and it is more like a size XL. Exchanges are impossible. I can exchange at extra costs to me. I would not recommend this Company.

I ordered 2 large sweaters. When they came, they were probably size 4XL. I wrote to ask to exchange them. They said the would refund me 30%. I said no that is not acceptable.
I do not trust the company. They are not responding to me anymore.

The picture looked beautiful. I ordered a size S. It's arrived with a 48inch chest size! It said on the size guide it was European 34-36 but then now I've looked again in the very pale grey lettering after the bold lettered size it does say 47" which is 2XL. The picture shows proper ribbed neck & cuffs but they are barely visible on the strangely overprinted material. The pictures are totally misleading & it must be fraudulent showing all those charity logos.

I ordered 5 sweaters, in support of breast cancer awareness on 1st October. The order has finally been delivered today, 27th October. The website states 8 - 12 days delivery.
I will not be wearing any of the items as the material is flimsy, see-through & definitely not as described. The items are all huge, although I ordered size medium, but as there are no labels on the garments, I cannot say what size they are. Shame on this company for exploiting people's health concerns.

I received 2 products that I would never wear. They offered me a 20% refund for something I did not want, could not wear.
They also didn't want them back.

I normally do better research when ordering from a company but this time it’s definitely on me. Beware ordering from USA Health Concern. I placed an order over three weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Requested a refund but they refused stating items are in shipping. Requested shipping information and got nothing. They told me to be patient lol! Hopefully I eventually get my order but from all other reviews even if I do sounds like their clothing is a disappointment. Shame on them to use a cause such as breast cancer to scam people into buying their products.

Waited over 3 weeks for order and the tops are all poor quality and misshapen. I really wanted to celebrate my survival of twice diagnosed cancer. Trying to return but no response to my email. Scammed out of $100.00!

I ordered 2 T-shirts and a cap 30 days ago for a cancer awareness session at a work event 10 days ago. Still getting standard response which does not confirm shipment. I am currently undergoing chemo for breastcancer and can ill afford to lose £60 to a scam company like this. So very disappointed but guess to be expected where China is concerned.

I loved their clothes and was going to buy from this store but after reading the shocking reviews I won't be.

I ordered a hoodie from MyHealth Outfit with the slogan “MS gets on my nerves”. Unfortunately, I received the wrong size (medium instead of large). I’ve contacted the company three times by email but haven’t received a reply. Disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution.

What a frustrating experience I can’t get what I ordered and was sent a rubbish item and now no one will communicate with me…. Look like nice clothes but Bpay should not degrade themselves with this company

I ordered 2 sweat shirts and it took a couple of weeks to receive them. The design on the front is cute and I like it but the fabric is definitely not what is shown on the website. Not typical sweat shirt fabric. There is no label so I am unable to determine what it's made from but it feels like a cheap polyester blend - mostly polyester. Not impressed.

Never got and get even call them but emailed said they shipped but was also charged by some other company as well so fraud charges on top of there charges still waiting for refund from fraud trough bank and now have to file a claim with bank for other charges so horrible this happens especially when the shirts I ordered go to a good cause

The material is identified as 'Mixed Cotton' but there is no label on the garment identifying the fabric or washing instructions. By feel, I surmise there is no cotton at all. This is a shameful front for a very poorly made product. Even the website showed a Canadian flag at the top, which, to most of the local merchants and shoppers, means situated in Canada. There is nothing honourable about this company.

Order received is nothing like the picture plus they charged me outrageous shipping. Am filing a charge back with cc company

I placed my order with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days. A week later I emailed two separate emails and had no response. I finally got a response two days after a chat request to cancel my order and was told it was already on the way and would arrive in a few days. Still nothing has arrived and out of pocket. Don't use this company!

Product never received. Impossible to communicate with the company through email. All replies were obviously standard “we’re sorry to hear about this “ without a solution. Product ordered over a month ago.

Looks nothing like the shirt on the website. Yes, it’s green and yes, it has the correct design on the front, but the material is some weird, shiny stuff and the neck and sleeves are not the same as on the website. Neither is the hem. I ordered a small and it’s huge. Fits more like a large. Very disappointing. Live and learn.
Update: 7/16 despite contacting the seller I have received no response at all. No refund, no communication at all. Waste of money.
