Absolute joke, don’t be taken in by the marketing or slick web site. Over 3 weeks no order received, customer service don’t reply, no tracking number or last mile carrier info provided. If they ever arrive I dred to think what the quality will be like if experience so far is anything to go by. Have lodged a complaint / claim with payment provider.

No response from supplier. Waited over 10days before product shipped and now its been another 10 days and still nowhere near me. I dont have high expectations anymore. UPDATE: Received my bracelet and it's as fake as they get. There's supposed to be a reddish orange tint to the stone and my bracelet arrived chipped and there is no color to the stone, grey thru n thru = Fake. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the 2 for one price 8 days ago it was advertised as coming from their Australian warehouse and despatch was supposed to be in 1-2 buisness days.So far nothing saying is has left even though payment has procceded. I have sent 2 emails asking for whereabouts of items nothing but silence.

Fell apart in a week. Been over 30 days since they claimed to have sent a replacement. Never received a replacement or refund. Total SCAM!!!

Took absolutely ages to receive my order. Flimsy elastic cord soon broke, and guess what - no redress from the supplier.

Absolute trash, both broke within 6 weeks, didn't ask for refund just replacement...
Nope.. outside 4 weeks...
Product not expected to last more than 4 weeks, whoever this person is, just a scammer, snake oil.. probably.
But scam... definitely.
At least replace your cheap products when they break..
AVOID unless you just want to send some chump your cash for free....
If you do, knock yourself out, be warned!!

SO disappointed wit this product. It took less than three months for all the bands to break and the bracelet is now completely useless. I emailed them and very professionally asked them for a replacement, and they basically said NO! I paid almost $40 and I see them online for under $10 now. And I won't buy another!

I had ordered the item on january 21 , 2026, today february 21st , still i didnt recieve the items, i received and email after sending email to them like this, so it means your are cheated, you are not going to get the item which is ordered, in UAE small amount items are getting door delivered. wearhmys is telling i need to go and collect from there whare house.

An absolute CON job. Ordered over 4 months ago still yet to receive anything, in the process of reporting them to the ACCC as I have request a refund of which they have refused to reply. JUST STAY AWAY!

Ordered 2 as they look chunky and robust. Same small stone, lightweight quality that you get from £6.99 on Amazon. Not the chunky darker style advertised on website. Same clear wrapper and QR label as cheaper equivalent on Amazon. Save your money and buy a cheaper one. They're the same.

I would give this a zero Stars if I could their product is nothing but garbage do not order from them like I did when I received mine I actually brought it down to a rock and gem shop where they had the real thing looks much different than what I ordered I'm having them make me a bracelet now throwing these in the garbage they're good for nothing again do not buy from this company it took over two weeks to receive my product and when I did it was nothing but Chinese garbage that would cost me half of what I paid for it to return it save yourself just don't do it.

Absolute con and I'd be the first to admit I was well and truly conned by their fack advierting bulls**t. I strongly advise anyone who sees their adds on SM, steer clear from them. Service was appalling their products are appalling especially their bracelets which quite frankly my 5yr old niece could make a better product using plastic beads. Strongly advise stay well clear of this company. Service was c**p, delivery was c**p and product was just diabolical. SM should take them down. Don't waists your money like I have with them😡😡

Poor customer service from this company. Bought as a gift for Christmas in November, took >4 weeks to be delivered. Bracelet broke within a week of ownership. Company advised outside of the 30 day return period which they would not extend to account for Christmas. Absolute jokers!

Ordered 2 bracelets from Hemios which took ages to arrive. When they did finally arrive the band started fraying and generally looking pretty poor within a few days. Life got in the way and when I contacted them this past weekend a little over a month since receiving it I was basically told to go to a jeweller to get a new elastic band and something about 30 days to make it fair to customers.

To me this tells me they don't believe their product will last more than 30 days.

Don't get suckered in by their instagram ads and be like me wasting money.

Poor quality- cheap Chinese items …. Wasted my money

These items are from China. They are poorly made replicas and do not contain what they claim. The item was returned to the return address in the package, in the Uk. To be told by them no it’s wrong, it has to go back to China. Do not buy any products from this company. Luckily I paid through PayPal.

People thought I got it out of a cheap Christmas Cracker.

Order #50687 arrived very late. It is if very poor quality and is an absolute scam. Ordered on 06/11 and it arrived on 28/11. I have been wearing it since and have felt zero benefit, contrary to all its claims. AVOID.
