I just had a conversation with the manager Julia, and I want to say a big thank you. She responded very quickly, helped me understand all my questions, and provided truly professional and high-quality support.

The service is excellent, fast, clear, and very supportive. I really appreciate it!

After a number of attempts to solve my problem, with no positive result over the course of five years, it was suddenly done in a snap.

Even though they could understand that I was frustrated with trying to get back on to My Heritage, each of the associates were trying really hard to help. They understood my needs and even though I could not remember things, they continued to try to resolve my problem. Thank you.

The customer service rep, Omar, was fantastic. He was friendly and had a outstanding personality.

Had Access Denied issue and after some chat with Support Team they fixed this problem and i regained access to the site.

Noy, such a Super nice operator, so helpful and kind, and easy to understand and talk to.

A sales representative assured me the Omni Plan would allow me full access to the Instant Discoveries. After a month of your representatives telling me what to do to fix the problem, I found out My tree is so big I can only access one per day, even it shows multiple choices! I feel mislead and frustrated. At least the last representative explained that it is what it is and I shall live with it.

It was hard to navigate at first but learning as I go along. Would have liked notification of subscription renewal before actually taking the money out of my account.

I was thinking about re-newing my subscription when I recoeved a call from Dimitry who was very helpful and got me a discount on the full omni plan for the following year .He also explained how to add my info from other sights .
All in all a helpful phone call.

Scammy business practices. I have cancelled the so called subscription and any renewels before the trial ended and still got charged 149 euros. I have researched this matter and everyone seems to be having the same issue. I have also requested my card information to be deleted today after a very confusing call, in which I kept getting offers left and right completely ignoring what I was saying that I want the full refund back. I sent another email to clarify again due to the lack of coherent communication. This is the first time I have ever used this service and it was a very bad experience, and I have not even recieved any results.

I would not recommend using this business and their services.
