Incompetent company

My parcel was meant to be here last week. Still nothing! Its be lost in Sheffield warehouse. 3 days it takes them to search the warehouse for missing parcels! Ive lost over a weeks worth of takings. Hermes isnt interested in reimbursing my loss of earnings. Shocking way to run a business. They need to sort it out. Ebay sellers should be banned from using such an incompetent company.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company
Never use them , they lie about trying to deliver and there is no way to contact/speak to them. All there supposed ways to contact them leads to a robot.
Any business that uses them is not one that I will be shopping with

The staff in the drop off point have…

The staff in the drop off point have been extremely rude every time I've been in there. They are unhelpful. I'm 73 and needed help with the scanning machine and I was scowled at by a girl working in there who begrudgingly did it. Boy did I know I wasnt welcome. The second time, the scanner wasn't working properly and I was just left to get on with it. I gave up and my package didn't go. Today, I went in there and two staff were jibber jabbering in a foreign language about the label I had printed out and laughing. I thought this was extremely rude and I told them so. They immediately ganged up and attacked me pointing their fingers and shouting. I felt quite intimidated. In addition, they told me not to come back. Disgraceful behaviour, disrespecrful and rude. Why do you have such awful people with zero customer service expertise? It brings your name into disrepute and you already have a rating of 'worst in the UK' For reference it's the Londis shop in Grange Road, Ramsgate. I shall certainly avoid that place in future and leave a bad review on Trust Pilot.

Sllllllooooooowwwwwww delivery service. 3 days in transit? I get regular deliveries from France in half the time. Always been useless - still useless; absolutely amazed this gobshyte service is still viable,
PS all you companies that use this embarrassment of a service, i commend you for paying 3p a year....

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, no service, impossible to get in touch with and it wouldn't surprise me if my parcels being sold at a car boot sale somewhere by some underpaid delivery driver. Absolutely shocking service

Biggest fraudsters, stay away! Do not get any parcel sent with this money laundering company

Evri/hermes The worst company I've ever had to deal with, they are liers and fraudsters, I was expecting my parcel, no exact delivery date, the driver rings me randomly says I'm here, couldn't even speak English, I tell him im not home please leave it with my neighbours as they were all home,
I got no delivery card, he didn't leave it with my neighbours, took a fraudulent picture of the parcel near my letterbox which doesn't even fit through the letterbox, and said he delivered it, but he stole my package and no one knows where it is.
Now I'm out of pocket no parcel..
Utter scum bags I hope they go bust and all the managers loose their jobs, they can't treat the public like this and mess people around

Suck my cock Hermes UK

How on earth is this company still getting hired to deliver things?
Is not even funny how much they suck. Every time there is always some problems with them they can't just have a peaceful delivery and in time, no we don't do that here at Hermes. Avoid them like the plague, waste of time

Parcel was taken to wrong depot, then after 2 days I was told it was damaged and I would get a refund. Utterly incompetent carrier and I would urge customers to stipulate not to use this company

Don't bother to deliver

Picked up my parcel from the seller, then claimed they couldn’t deliver it because of the “Royal Mail strike”, there is no strike and THEY were supposed to deliver it, NOT the royal mail, it’s not the first time this has happened, it would seem that if they don’t have any other deliveries in your area, they just don’t bother delivering yours and then you have to wait an additional 3 days for a refund on your purchase

Furious

Furious. Ordered b'day pressie for hubby's 72nd. Delivered to God knows where judging by delivery person's photo, certainly not my door! Left garage unlocked in case I wasn't there with instructions on app/website etc, I WAS home. Had to 'chat' to a chatbot to complain, received email earlier, now nothing. Thanks for f@ki# up elderly hubby's b'day, especially as he's recently had a stroke.

Hermes are the worst

Hermes are the worst. No delivery, no knock on the door. My house is cleared numbered and I was home all day. The "proof of delivery" is a photo of my neighbours house. They don't have the parcel either. How on earth are Hermes allowed to be so sh!t!?

Avoid dealing with EVRI

If you're considering ordering something online, I strongly recommend checking which company they use for parcel delivery. If it's EVRI, I'd advise against ordering from that website again. EVRI is the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with. They consistently fail to deliver on time, causing frustrating delays. Furthermore, attempting to resolve any issues with them is nearly impossible due to their lack of customer support. It's baffling how this company continues to operate, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable for a company of their size. Avoid dealing with EVRI to save yourself from the disrespect and frustration they bring

Absolutely appalling!

Package delivered to the wrong address - nobody knows anything about it there and now they can’t find it. Disgusting company, a complete joke! Avoid at all costs, not worth the stress, can’t believe they haven’t gone bust yet!

Another parcel goes missing with…

Another parcel goes missing with Hermes, this company is an absolute joke. Amazon normally don’t use Hermes so I was disappointed to find out they were the carrier for my last order. I was right to be worried as lo and behold my parcel goes missing. I’ll be checking who the carrier is pre purchase next time and if it’s Hermes or Evri, avoid!
