Greatest experience and helpful
It has been difficult for me to open up about this... and accept that it is something that is affecting me. After verifying and read a lot info I found this product on internet and I want to share my honest review from my experience.
Everything in reference to the information on the web is very complete, they explain everything they call ""methodology"" and they have the scientific studies, so that users can review them. I don´t understand everything, but that helped me for the research.
The online order was easy and the package arrived discreetly. The device is simple only 2 buttons, which are to turn on and off, activate the body warming function and vibration and Bluetooth connection, I have reviewed the manual, because it was confused. After some emails to customer services, everything was better. The app is a world, with planets (that are the exercises, I'm just starting on the 8 weeks programm), the app has what they call holistic approach, but I must continue to advance in the program to see all the content available. It was a great purchase.

I have used MYHIXEL for a couple months now. Having problems with not lasting long, MYHIXEL has been a game changer. I have gone from barely lasting 1 minute to being able to hold for more than 15minutes, a lot for me. Although I don’t have PE, I like trying products that enhance my sexual life. I discovered this product a while ago and eventually decided to buy and try it. The device is super realistic. It’s true that, having tried other sex toys, this one might be a bit more boring, but I understand that its function is different. The app is what makes the difference. Not Happy At All
I received my kickstarter item today after many, many delays and very little updates from the company.
Right out of the box, I had some issues. The lid to the device is very smooth and held on by magnets. It takes quite a bit of work to remove and access the inside area. Some raised gripping areas on the lid would go a long way in the future to make it easier to open. Upon opening the device, I noticed there was a cut on the sleeve about half an inch long. The quality control for this company must not be the best, and I'm going to see if there is a way I could get a replacement sleeve sent to me, but from what I've read, their customer service email response is minimal. For the heating, it takes some time for the device to heat up, the heat is barely noticeable, and it cools down pretty fast. I may end up just boiling the sleeve for a few minutes since the material should be able to handle that, and it should hold heat better that way. Lastly, for the vibration function, I would think that for something this bulky and expensive, there would be a moving vibrator, squeezing, swirling, etc. But it looks like it's just a small, stationary bullet vibe attached to the inner casing. The vibration is very minimal, and to be honest, quite boring.
I had no problems setting up the phone app, and the app didn't give me any issues during the one session that I used it for. I will continue to test and hope for the best because I want the desired outcome to work and I've already paid for it, but the product, company transparency, customer service, and quality control leave a lot to be desired.

I received a response to my email in which I sent a picture showing the damage. They told me that the picture had not come through on their end and a screenshot of what they see. For some reason, apparently all emails are instead sent to a chat system instead of an email inbox like any sane company would use. They recommended I download Whatsapp and send a message to them through that, but when I put in the phone number they provided, it didn't pull up as a registered Whatsapp account. I've sent another email with the same picture I sent to the first, but I'm not holding my breath on a resolution.
