Great store to purchase Lego

Great store to purchase Lego. Prices are great. Website is easy to navigate and place order. Pickup is given as an option and is very easy and fast. Highly recommended!

Missing items

The order was delivered 3 weeks late and was missing multiple sets even though they had been confirmed on the order confirmation. Instead of trying to fix the problem the customer service rep blamed the customer for shopping on the Myhobbies website.
There are plenty of other retailers out there that provide a lot better service.

Terrible Service

I ordered some lego for my son's birthday, waited for delivery to find out they haven't dispatched it due to some security measure they supposedly put in place for card fraud! BUT do not inform you at point of sale.
My son is now without his dream birthday present to open on the day!!!
Tried calling them using the number on google, sent emails and got no reply for several days.
Finally got a reply stating they dont speak with customers, just email & chat. Sounds very suspicious.

As a result of dreadful customer service, appalling customer communication and sale agreement, I have tried to cancel my order and have had to order elsewhere resulting in a late present.

Will never use this clown outfit again.

I can see that we sent you a check message on Monday and a reminder on Thursday morning, but we have not yet received a reply from you. When we received your email yesterday, we responded immediately and explained the reason for the security check. However, we understand that you may have felt uncomfortable about this process. Therefore, we are happy to cancel your order and arrange a refund as requested.
