Unsubscription

After realizing that, by using the company’s offer, you enter an Abo contract, I unsubscribed their services. I was immediately contacted by their customer care team and they acknowledged my request and promised to refund the money after receiving a review on Trustpilot. Here we are!

Unexpected payment attempt after cancellation request

At first, I had an issue where the company tried to charge my card again even after I asked to cancel the subscription. It was frustrating, but I reached out to customer support and they responded quickly. They helped me cancel everything properly and made sure no more charges would happen. I appreciate the support and the fast solution.
