Very bad customer service and communication. I ordered a table on the 11th of December. After completing the order I realized it would be ready to pick up on week 5, I thought it was a bit long but with the Christmas holidays in between, it did not look so unreasonable.
On the 28th of January, I finally got an email saying my order was ready to pick up at the shop on Friday. On the 1st of February, I went to pick up my table and a very rude and unprofessional shop assistant told me the product was not there and they did not have received it yet and that I should have waited for a confirmation text(not mentioned anywhere) and that my mail confirmation wasn't enough(even tho it clearly stated that the table would be ready to pick up on the 31st of January). All of this by making it look like I was the dumb person expecting my table to be there.
I contacted the online customer service than that at first could not understand how was that possible and later on, after several emails, informed me that the table will arrive on week 7 instead.
When asked how will they recompensate the delay, discomfort and inconvenience created they just told me they couldn't.
To top it all I live in Esbjerg and the pickup point I selected is in Kastrup cause the table is for my partner living in Copenhagen. So I had to drive 300 km to discover the table was not available.

-short update-

I manage to get my table on week 8. The shop assistant was the same but this time he was very nice and as a sorry also gave us a furniture treatment product for free. The table is very nice, it's a pity that our experience had to be so difficult.

This is the reason why I'm going to update my review to two stars instead of one.

I am very satisfied with the item I have ordered. It arrived earlier than I was told to expect,which I was really happy about. The customer service friendly and helpful.

Horrible communication between online shop and physical location. I ordered table two months ago and when finally received a message that it’s ready to pickup the store didn’t have it. Wasted time and kilometers to drive to a very distant location. Shop assistants didn’t really care and just send the customer away. Very very unprofessional.

We bought a beautiful set of chairs for the dining table at My Home Møbler. The design and quality are excellent and the customer experience was great - we got a superb service from Minda at Fisketorvet. Tusind tak!

Very Professional staff and quick delivery.

My living room just got prettier! Good quality, very fast delivery and super easy to ensemble. That's how I describe the products that i bought from this place. I just got some chairs and they were everything I expected them to be. They came with precise and self-explanatory instructions which make it very easy to put together. I'll recommend them and I'll definitely buy more things from them in the near future.

MyHome Aarhus Vest. Had really good experience. Mathias Højgaard really helped us choose our new dining table, really appreciate his time and professionalism. Our table arrived 1 week earlier than what it was agreed. Definitely would recommend this shop :)
