Having used My Home Move Conveyancing several times over the years, we have always received excellent service. Their team is efficient and professional, and the eWay online platform is easy to use, providing clear updates and transparent communication throughout the conveyancing process. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Early days but so far so good.

It was fine as far as it went. When you sign up on the My Home Move Conveyancing website, they just put you in touch with one of the conveyancing firms on their list. That's all.
As I've just started I can't really say much about my experience with the conveyancing firm yet, But as My Home Move Conveyancing seems really keen on a review at this early stage, here it is.

Very complicated identification process

Very disappointed with the service this time around.

When I first contacted the firm, they were quick to answer the phone and provide a quote. I was told that once I had instructed them and paid, I would receive an initial call to discuss the process. However, that call wasn't scheduled until a month later.

In the meantime, I was repeatedly chased by email to complete tasks in the online portal, many of which required information relating to Land Registry records and deeds. As a client, I'm not a conveyancing expert, which is why I hired professionals in the first place.

Communication has been extremely poor. It is very difficult to get hold of anyone by phone, and I am constantly directed to leave a message rather than speak to someone who can help.

Unfortunately, I now feel too far into the process to move elsewhere, despite my growing frustration.

I've used this firm in the past and previously received a good service, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Based on my recent experience, the quality of service appears to have declined significantly.

Asked whether the quote would be accurate and assured if information is correct, the quote would be honoured.
Let's hope the process goes ahead speedily and smoothly.
