Love this format for DD course
Love this format! Really enjoyed Professor Graymatter and the host in their videos. It was entertaining and made this course a breeze to get through. Totally worth saving some money and will take this course again as soon as I am able to in 3 years. Will make sure to recommend to all!

Course was easy, website awful
Paid money, logged on, started course. Did facial recognition. Got through two chapters then course would not contine, Tech support reset. Ofcourse call and wait. Made it through 7 chapters and quiz. Came back a day so later, course would not continue, facial recognition kept popping up. Verified facial recognition 7 times, course would not continue. Cleared cache, history, etc. Still nothing. Very frustrating. Back and forth with tech support. Like a bad joke. Had the same issues with IMPROV three years. Took alot just to get through it then. Lots of frustatrtion. Finally requested a refund. So not worth the aggrevation, time and course money to save basically $30 every 6 months on your insurance. If you really want or have to take a def driving course, go to AAA and do it in person on a Saturday morning. Bite the bullet and sit through it if needed.

Improved information quality, but AI help (when system freezes) needs to be de-bugged
Glad to see that this time, the emphasis is more on providing a wider range of information, with less content devoted to comedy. The AI helpers for glitches need to be upgraded. The system glitched twice while I was taking the course, and nearly 20% of my time on the lessons was lost to waiting time, for someone to un-glitch. At this point, the assistant system seems to have more bugs in it than the Smithsonian's butterfly collection.

When I finally reached a human being
When I finally reached a human being, the service was just exceptional, above and beyond. GEICO claimed that IMPROV had not advised them of our course completion, so no discount, major league hassle. You and your team took care of everything. Part of the problem was a software issue at your end. Your software would not recognize GEICO policies that began the 10 digits with a 0. Also, it took almost an hour listening to your "Speedy" Robot before I was connected to a real human being.
