Do not give them your money

Do not give them your money, I booked an intensive 12 hour driving course with test, I paid £890 it’s taken me 3 months to get some money back, to which was only £382 , they never booked a test I was always on phone to them trying to hurry things along. I booked it on 22nd July 2025 stating that my son was going to uni at end of September, they said wouldn’t be a problem. A driving instructor got in contact just before the month cut of point to which you could get money back. Driving instructor started lessons but I said I wanted to do a week intensive course, she said have a few lessons now and then the rest before test. Unfortunately the test never got booked and my son moved away to uni, they then said they could get him test for when he comes home at Christmas , this never happened either. So from January I started to phone and email to try and get money back, it’s taken 3 months to get back a 3rd of the money, these people rip you off, do not book with them , they do not do what they say they will. Wish I’d read the reviews first as it seems I’m not the only one

Absolutely appalling DO NOT USE THEM paid £300 in November was told end of January latest now middle of March not even an email updating me and I have to wait 10 days for a refund so cannot even book a new test pisstakers customer service 0

I'd give 0 stars if i could. Worst experience I've ever had with a company!

Who knew getting a refund in this day and age would be chaotic, lathergic and just non stop chasing.

Just for context this was my experience
- 04/01/2026- Booked 2 lessons accidently (30 hrs manual & 36 hrs Automatic). Realised on the same day my error, immediatey sent them an email message with screenhsot of the 2 transactions from their confirmation email.
- 05/01/2026- it was acknowedged that it was being looked into (if only the rest of the journey was this quick).
- 09/01/2026- sent them a chaser email as didnt hear anything since the 5th. Same day I got this response" I will chase this up today for you, usually the payments take between 5-10 business days to reach your account".
- 26/01/2026- Again no update from them, 2nd chaser email sent.
- 27/01/2026- Heard back from them, another acknowledgement this was being looked into.
07/02/2026- 3rd email chaser as again no update.
17/02/2026- 4th Chaser email- more strongly worded.
18/02/2026- Got a response stating "Have you filled out a refund form". I was shocked cos since 04/01/2026 to the 18th of Feb- NOT ONE Person has even mentioned this to me. Even worse I couldnt find the refund form online- I had to Request for it.
23/02/2026- 5th chaser- This time I explicitly expressed I was dissatified (Imagine shock error, No complaint acknowledgement, No manager call back to de-escalate or take this poor customer journey and maybe even try to salvage it).

Since then its just been half-assed solutions being presented, no one explaining why from 04/01/2026 I cant get a refund... imagine paying over 1k and not being taken seriously. The value isnt important but DAMN they should be ashamed of themselves.

Ive eventually filled a refund request form and still waiting. I would never recommend this people to anyone. I am not a Petty person but in this circumstances I will be a VERY PETTY person. I intend to have this review put up on all their social media accounts.

SCAM

Paid upfront. No course. No refund. No-one to talk to about it. Months waiting, hours on phone and ignored emails. I have reported this company as a scam

Holly

After booking my course I had waited a couple months and didn’t hear anything. So I rang up to ask if there has been any progress and Holly had answered explained why it might of been taking a little while and asked if there’s anymore test centres I could go, after this phone call she rang me back 4 minutes later to say she had got me a test two weeks later. Amazing by Holly, she needs a pay rise!

Nicola so far has been amazing

Nicola so far has been amazing! Everytime ive messaged she has gone that extra mile to get back to me and fine the information needed. Nicola even gone out her way to call me to make sure everything’s okay and given me a test date. I’m sure I’ll be in contact again asking more questions and I’m sure she’ll be there on hand to find them out

Excellent service

Holly was excellent in explaining how everything works. Updated me on progress.
Sorted out driving instructor, who is brilliant and within 6 weeks of initial driving lesson my test date is booked. Would recommend.

Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid, Absolute scam paid my money 17months ago gave them chance after chance to rectify and make good, paired me up with a useless instructor done 1 1/2hours tuition, what was also completely pointless and useless. I pulled up at the side of the road and pulled off multiple times, he was then I’ll and in hospital quite often it seemed every day I was booked in he was ill , they then paired me up with another instructor who didn’t even cover my area after having to pay another £80 as they say the minimum amount for a corse is 6 hours but I had supposedly used 2 of this hours with the useless Instructor, they then booked me in for my extended test but failed to pair me up with an instructor in time before the test, now are asking for another £124 for me for a test cancellation, but the fault lies with them not pairing me up with a suitable instructor in time had nothing but problems and lies from this company, there very polite on the phone but just want to take you money, I was told Declan the bloke I had booked with had left the company to call back
2 months later an he answered the phone…. I had to call them every time not once did they call me and notify me anything about my corse

I would highly recommend this company

I would highly recommend this company. I was connected to someone straight away, no waiting in long queues which was good. Declan who took my enquiry was fantastic, on my first call he explained the courses to me in detail, so I could then choose which suited. I called back within 10 mins to book a course and I spoke to Declan again. He talked me through everything, advised me and answered all my questions. I found him to be polite and very helpful. I really would recommend this company they are quick, helpful, polite and a very good price.

Useless scam

Useless scam. Contact your bank and get a refund as they will not comply themselves. It's been 8 weeks and nothing. I paid extra for the fast track they have no idea what they are doing. I ask for timelines thry say they don't know i said I want a refund why say we will have e a date for you next week. Nothing waste of time. Go to any other service provider. Useless. A huge waste of time I could have gone to someone else.

Absolute scam and lie’s

Absolute scam and lie’s.

I paid the deposit and also chose “fast track” so my test should have been within 1-8 weeks I’ve been waiting around 4 months now and nothing. I’ve been trying to chase them but just getting led on and on do not trust this company or pay them anything. I urge you to find another company even if the waits longer it will at least be honest as this company is far from that.

Takes weeks 4 and a half speak to an instructor only to find they only work certain times, then 3 more weeks to be allocated another...

Having taken 11 working days to come back to me after making a complaint and asking for a refund, outside of their stated timeframe, they refused a refund, the full transcript is below so you can see what you're dealing with. They appear to be operating by making the process and choices such that they can do what you want and never give a refund, even when the service is terrible. They use the terms to ensure they never give refunds when called out for bad service. For me I had paid £600 deposit and I have been waiting to be allocated a driving instructor for the best part of 2 months because I didn’t understand this worked and they don't want to help you. I think the approach and service is at best insincere, please check the small print everyone, this company is out to keep your money if you like it or not!

Below is my original complaint, their answers are between**, mine responses are between “".

An instructor was allocated on 15 dec but he didn’t get in touch until 4 Jan "it took 3 weeks for the instructor to contact me after allocation by message and I only managed to speak to him after repeatedly trying 4 and a half weeks after allocation". After sending multiple messages and trying to call I eventually talked to him on the 14 Jan and was told he didn’t work weekends and couldn’t do anytime after 4pm due to traffic. *On your original booking you stated you were available anytime and did not inform the office of any restrictions with your timetable for an intensive course* "I didn’t appeciate the binding nature of this answer in the course selection, there was no selection for ‘anytime out of sixth form hours’ it wasn’t made clear that I would only receive an instructor based on this answer and I assumed a level of flexibility having never done this before" *You also selected to do the course intensively which with the timetable you provided Michael would prove difficult - What is your preferred schedule?: Intensive 2-6 hours consecutive days* "Again in my defence I was assuming this would be a week or two during Christmas break or half term so I would have been able to do all week intensively, there was no option to select this or discuss this before Michael was allocated. When I said this to Michael he said he could only do 12 hours during half term" contacted you and told you of the situation and you said another instructor would be allocated. It’s now 1800 on the 21 Jan and no instructor has been allocated. *It can take a further 4 weeks from this date to allocate an instructor due to their availability* "I contacted you on the 15th of January and told you of the situation, I was just allocated a new instructor yesterday 5 Feb but they have not contacted me this is another 3 weeks afterwards” I therefore would like a refund of the deposit I paid less the theory test costs. Far from being easy and supportive I’ve found your service to be dismissive with the onus on me to chase and sort things out. Just for your information If for any technicality you refuse to give me a refund I will leave an honest and detailed review on all of the forums I can find. Thanks for your consideration. George

I have paid for a Platinum Service two…

I have paid for a Platinum Service two months ago and I don’t have the date, neither received any kind of communication whatsoever , have no clue what is happening. I have called up few times but was assured they are working actively on security the driving test for my daughter- but still nothing! People stay away- this company doesn’t worth your time and money- they don’t deliver what’s promised when they signing you up.

Terrible company

Terrible company. My daughter 17 paid £360 and received NOTHING but promises of call backs that were not forthcoming. NO lessons, NO refund despite receiving confirmation that a refund was coming. Numerous telephone calls being fobbed off. Now too late to do a chargeback. Only recourse now is Trading Standards, DVSA or the small claims court. Watchdog are investigating

BEWARE This company is a SCAM .We paid for a 6 hour course for my daughter to include her test in July still nothing the office is now shut till March Wonder why that is ???. DO NOT WASTE your money on this company .

Please read it’s honest and true!

“Tell us about your experience” where to start with this disgusting company they lie steal and give you nothing but stress ! It is 100% a scamming company who will take your money and offer you nothing absolutely nothing .. paid over a year ago and not had a single bit of communication they literally take your money and then disappear it is a family affair business so they are all as bad as each other they will just keep lying putting you off it’s criminal what they are doing AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. SCAM COMPANY

like so many if I could give zero stars I would.
Like so many I paid almost £300 for a deposit on a course of lessons and a test .. A YEAR AND 3 MONTHS later I have had NO lessons, NO test, NO instructor and NO communication.. other than to refuse my refund request.
It takes you months and months to get through to anyone via email, you’re ignored on the “live chat” and phone calls are passed from pillar to post without actually speaking to anyone and promises of call backs are never met.

I wish I’d of read other trust pilot reviews before i wasted my families hard earned money.

For anyone else who has had the misfortune of dealing with this company I have reported to BBC watchdog and suggest you do the same. It’s a one minute simple process. the company needs shutting down
