I would give zero stars if that were possible.

I’ve been charged €30 per month for the past four months by MyIQ without ever knowingly signing up for a subscription. There was no clear confirmation, and I haven’t used any services that would justify these charges.

I strongly recommend others to carefully check before entering any payment details, as this situation has been very disappointing.

MyIP.io is the best place to get VPN services. Their customer support is excellent. They are very responsive and willing to help resolve any issues you may have to your satisfaction. I appreciated their dedication to resolving a unique situation I had and was so happy with their service, I have 3 annual subscriptions. I highly recommend My.IP.io for your VPN needs.

had a bit of an issue with billing, but was handled by support. I switched to manual payment and had accidentally submitted to a 2nd payment subscription which led to a double charge for a couple of months. I contacted support and they explained the situation and helped me get back on automatic billing. They also gave me a full refund for the months I erroneously had with 2 subscriptions. satisfied with the service and support. so far, so good. Also, service is reliable and reasonably priced.

Speed is good as long as you are not too far away from the location you select. Service is reliable and pretty stable and easy to use. They have business plans that can acomodate up to 50 users under one master account at significantly lower rates than other VPN providers. Will recommend to peers.

doesn't even connect on iOS, prices are different on every sub website... lists iPhone 7 and iOS 10 as latest entries

Waste of money

I signed up for a dedicated IP service.
My IP was lost within the very first week.
The support team took 5 days to reply. After that, they refused to do a refund b/c of a 7-day moneyback guarantee policy.

What a scam.

Same here. Paypal paid twice. Asked for refund of accidental second payment. 2 weeks and many tickets later. No response. No email response. Hangs up when I call. And to add insult to injury. Paypal sided with this scammer!!

I have accidentally paid twice for the same service. Asked them to refund the second payment - no refund was made and my inquiry ignored.

After that I had problems, so I asked them to cancel my subscription.

Guess what happened next month? They billed me again. TWICE.

As a result, I paid 4x for a service that wasn't working for me.

Avoid at all costs.
