They confirmed cancellation of membership by email in February 2026. Still charge my credit card $31.97 in April. See response below-

Fraud IQ test at MYIQ
I made an IQ test in Oktober last year for 1 €.
I detected later in December, that my card was lasted not only 1 €, but plus 10 €, than every 4 weeks 29,99 €. I requested the 100 € for the not requested "subscription" and got 60 € back. I lost 40 €, but I hoped, that is all.
End of April they started me charging again: between Apr.29.-May 19. they charged me every 3-4 days 0,50 €. It is not a high sum, but in this 3 weeks happened 11 times. I claimed it at their support, it seems to be stopped, was not charged last week.
What is next? Shoud I cancel my card? It is a totally fake company, avoid them!

I would be very cautious about using this company
I do not normally write reviews but I feel compelled to do so this evening
I noticed on my bank account this evening that I had been deducted £29.99 from my account
I contacted customer services at My.IQ to cancel my subscription as I received no communication from the company
