I am seeing amazing results and so much support had been provided. Truely a new person!

The app is great, I think my least favourite thing is the delivery times - I would prefer for my delivery to arrive the week before rather than the day of or late.

Using Hers to help with my weight loss journey has enabled me to view food differently and allowed me to take note of how poorly I was actually eating before. It’s app allows easy viewing of progress but also provides resources for further help if needed

The level of support as you navigate your way through this journey is incredible. Customer service, dietician, health coaches are all available and answer your query in a prompt manner. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate and makes this journey enjoyable and easy to track.

Its a very simple and easy process which is great for me as a busy working mum. I am able to access information 24/7. If I have any concerns there is someone reaching out within the hour.
I iust find the whole experience really thought out. Would recommend this service to anyone who needs one less thing to worry about.

It’s been great working with Juniper/ Her so far in my journey. Everything has been easy, straight forward, and informative.

I have been on Wegovy for 4 weeks now, losing 3.9kg, and have found it great. The injections are easy to administer. The support has been amazing and the app is great - with many video clips to educated you about the program and answer any questions. I have had a very positive journey with Hers so far. I was able to schedule my initial consult at a time that suited my busy family life and I felt that I was given enough information and say in my treatment. I have lost 12kg in 16 weeks using Mounjaro - my overall goal was 17kgs!

Hers is a next level, amazing experience. The new app is absolutely fantastic to use and it’s so interactive and easy to navigate. And the customer service is so great, it’s the most refreshing experience. I contacted Hers as I was a previous Juniper customer and after a break wanted to resume treatment. The nurse practitioner (Adam) I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I’m happy with this new Hers experience. And I love the name.
