Be very careful
A week ago, I was trying to buy something I saw in Facebook when I got taken to this site that immediately collected £8.98 from my account for what it called a subscription service and tried to collect another £8.98 which I stopped. A day or two later, the site tried to collect a further £23.98 from my account for something I never ordered for. Luckily my bank declined the transactions and refunded the initial payment. Please be very very careful as you may not be lucky.

I clicked a Facebook ad for a discounted Bluetooth speaker but ended up subscribed to a completely unrelated service. Later, they offered a refund after asking me to post a Trustpilot review and send a screenshot. It was manipulative — a classic example of a dark pattern.
The discount was too good to be true — that was my bad. Be careful and always check the company details before making an online payment.

Update:
This is part of the message I received after posting this 1 star review:
"I have taken the time to cancel your subscription, as I mentioned in the previous email, to ensure that there are no further charges for you. I kindly request that you change your comment to a positive one. A simple comment like “Good customer service by Kai” with a 4 or 5 star rating would be perfectly fine. ... Please note, I cannot assist you further until the negative review is changed to a positive one."
That explains all positive Trustpilot reviews for this company.

Total scam. Be very cautious with this company.

Fraudulent web site, card fraud followed by unauthorized card charges (in my case unsuccessful thanks to the bank)

Be very careful, this is a fraudulent website, they will still your card information. My bank was able to retrieve my money but you may not be lucky.

I am asking for refund, Jeremy reviewed my case and escalated. I got a membership fee in which I am not authorizing to be collected in my account. I just hope that this will not happen again as we know it’s not easy to find money this days.
