Very very disappointing
Very very disappointing, a hundred times I have told my issue. After every week come someone out of the staff discuss the whole matter, ask for good rating and turn back without resolving my refund problem.

SCAMMERS
They have hoodwinked my elderly mother and left her almost suicidal. They are basically thieves. They will not give her money back. We think she entered a competition and then unknowingly signed up without realising it. HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT????
