I bought a 2 pack of headbands at Target from Kitsch and one of them was cracked and broke the next day. I emailed Kitsch and they were SO fast to reply and send me a replacement! I was SO pleased with them and HIGHLY recommend this company. Wow - excellent customer service and one of the fastest replies! What a great company - will definitely be buying more of their products in the future!!
I just tried the product today
I just tried the product today, do far so good. What I wanted to reviewed was the shampoo and conditioner bottles, the packaging is terrible. It took me a few minutes to get the cap to pop. On both, I had to get my brush handle to open the shampoo. The shower running the whole time, then it took a hard squeeze to get it out, if you have arthritis, that would be really hard to squeeze that bottle.

I had gotten the completely wrong order.
In the order a cracked brush and so much more. After emailing the team they let me keep the order and sent me out all of my original items and a new non cracked brush! They did a great job with quick responses.
Noteworthy after-sale service
I haven't received my goods as yet, because the delivery company has experienced a delay. But I just received a note from Kitsch letting me know that they were aware of the hold-up and that they will continue to monitor the situation and take it up with the delivery company if required. That makes me feel much more secure about doing business with Kitsch. And, for what it's worth, my wife loves their products!

I've been a customer for a year now…
I've been a customer for a year now buying the Rice Water Shampo & Conditioner bars. It feels soft, shiny and non-greasy -- the reasons why I kept buying them. However it's not effective against hair fall -- at least for me. I bought their hair & scalp oil with applicator -- still not effective. I bought Rosemary & Biotin and I don't see any difference with my hair. I will still buy though despite the high price because of how it makes my hair soft and smooth.

my order never arrived
I ordered from them for a while and delivery was always quick, and in good shape. However my most recent order I placed on 26th of February, still has not arrived and it is now April 9th. I emailed on the 4th of April and have heard nothing back. I'm very frustrated and honestly quite disappointed. I've had delays in products before, but the difference there is the company sent out an email to let me know there would be delays and it was fine! But here i'm just in the dark and frustrated.

We subscribe with Kitsch for the coconut shampoo bars. It smells phenomenal on my husband and makes his hair softer and shiny, very healthy looking. I ordered both the leave in conditioner and the heat protectant sprays to try them out. There was an issue with one bottle and after sending photos, the company immediately prepared to ship out a replacement plus another product.
