La Kombucha è una bevanda che parte da un infuso zuccherato a base di tè o altri ingredienti vegetali a cui viene aggiunta una coltura simbiotica di batteri e lieviti (SCOBY: symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts). La prima volta l ho bevuta pensando che si trattasse di un succo estratto a freddo biologico: mi è piaciuta tantissimo ! Poi ho notato che ha avuto un effetto positivo sulla mio difficile sistema digerente . Da quando ho appreso che le sue proprietà benefiche sul macro-biota sono note da millenni ho riempito il frigorifero! Ottima ! Da assaggiare assolutamente
