Very Poor Performance

Third time MyLayby could not come through with items on my order for Christmas. Every year I make a Layby for Christmas in March/April for my grandkids.
To be told at the end of paying my Layby that sorry we can’t get that item pisses me off.
Every year I get this. Delivery this year took longer than usual and finding the stock held them up.
Will never ever use this company again.

What sort of Christmas will my child have now

Very disappointed. I paid off gift cards this year to provide my child a Christmas, this was to be a better year than the last due to covid and my child did not get anything last year. Not only did I not receive all the gift cards when I was advised I would but now even I do receive them I will not be able to shop for my child this year as my work hours make it impossible. All I get is a sorry from customer service and that they hear what I’m saying and understand etc. can’t wrap that up and put it under a tree. If you had problems with suppliers of the cards why do you continue to offer them as a layby option. Order number - 419030

If you actually read my review you would see that the time has passed for me to be able to shop. My work hours are such that I am only able to shop on weekends. Your company emailed me a 7 to 10 working day turn around email thus the reason I did not action to recently. When that timeframe passed without any further contact I rang in. I was given a 24 hour turn around on the Thursday of my contact then only got two of the four gift vouchers. I had to then contact again to get the other 2. I do not comprehend how you think this is going to be ok. Your company and so called customer service is a joke

All Gift Cards on your order have been resent to you today so that they may be used for your Christmas shopping. Paid for a new phone all year they take…

Paid for a new phone all year they take the money when it's all finished can't supply me with the phone still waiting for gift card of $2,249 to get my new phone. Will never use them again

Hi Vanessa, thank you for your email. Unfortunately your desired phone was unavailable for delivery in December due to stock constraints with our supplier caused by manufacturing delays this year. We attempted to source it from elsewhere but were unsuccessful. Our apologies for this issue. We swapped your paid value over to Gift Cards as requested but they are unable to be sent immediately for same day use as your desired. I can now see the Gift Cards are with you now but please feel free to email us should you require further assistance.

3 weeks and still waiting on a refund

3 weeks and still waiting on a refund. Apparently there was a problem the 1st 3 times but know one called to try and rectify. Gave my bank details and was told within 24 hours. Still nothing. I’ve used this company for years and now this is going to be the last time.

After starting a layby back in Febuary…

After starting a layby back in Febuary 2021 to finalise in October I was notified of the item is not in stock. I asked customer service to check my other 5 layby orders to make sure they were ok. I was informed they were fine. Finished them in November only to be notified another 2 items not available. Very poor in my book!

Nothing was a problem for the mylayby team. Had my questions answered promptly, thoroughly and with correct information. A pleasure to deal with.

Not a Happy Customer

you layby something at the beginning you expect that its there at the end of the layby,In my case it was unavailable and my whole order was cancelled not a happy chappy

Disappointed

Thanks for your service. I was so excited to get my LayBy and looking forward to receiving it, but alas, I waited, and I waited, and I waited, it took several emails and phone calls, and finally after six weeks of waiting I received my parcel.

Maybe not y our fault maybe Australia Post or parcel pick up people but was very disappointed.

I can see you have placed quite a few orders with us that have finished relatively recently so I am unsure exactly which order you are referring to provide specific information. Unfortunately Australia wide there have been courier delays recently for a variety of reasons. I know that can be very frustrating and I'm sorry you have been inconvenienced. These courier delays are likely to continue for the remainder of the year but MyLayby is committed to minimising this impact on our customers as much as possible. My layby is great

My layby is great, I've used it so much lately. Its convenient and has alot of great things on the site. Still waiting for my ps5 but that's not their fault. Other then that I've never had an issue with them.
